Where'd all the time go?! 🥹

This team has truly been one of my life's greatest blessings. I can't thank Miranda and @ou_cheer_ enough for taking a chance on me and building me into the person I am today. I'm walking away from this chapter of my life with not only cheer skills, but with so many life lessons, experiences, and memories that I will cherish forever.

I can't believe my story at ou is finished, but I can't wait to be the programs biggest cheerleader while they continue its story.

Retirement post coming soon, but not just yet, have to keep the cheer shoes around for just a bit longer ❤️

last cheer banquet ever 😢

cheerleading has been a part of my life since i was 10 years old. it was always a place i could call home, and escape from everything else in my life. no matter how many times i would complain or want to quit, i always came back like nothing ever happened. through all of the injuries, sicknesses, tears, ups and downs, i always found myself persevering. from middle school, high school, different competitive gyms, and college, i have gained many lifelong friendships. i am so thankful to have met all of the wonderful people i can call my family. being surrounded by people who genuinely wanted the best for me and supported me through it all, is what made it so special. i will forever cherish all the memories i made throughout this journey. i was so lucky to be able to continue my cheerleading career in college and have the opportunity to be a part of this program at ou. i will always be grateful for this opportunity as it has changed my life completely. not only did i grow as an athlete, i learned so many life lessons and skills that i will carry with me for the rest of my life. being able to wear oklahoma across my chest these past 4 years has been so special. competing at nationals all 4 years, beating alabama at home, cheering march madness in LA, and so many more memories/experiences that i will always remember. life without cheerleading will definitely be different, and it is hard to accept that i will not get any of these moments back. thank you to everyone who has helped me get here, supported me, and pushed me to be better. here’s to new beginnings!! i am officially hanging up my cheer shoes and closing this chapter of my life. cheerleading will always be my first love🤍

brb while i go cry to this song.
