i had to say the most bittersweet goodbye this weekend to the sport i’ve loved my whole life. TYJ for blessing me with the sweetest teammates and coaches over the last 12 years. i love each one of yall so very much. this sport has taught me so much more than just cheerleading. i have learned so many life lessons over the last few years and can confidently say that i am much stronger now both physically and mentally. saying goodbye was definitely difficult, but i am forever grateful for everything cheer has brought me and every memory made along the way.

to my wrath gals (and will & charlie),
saying goodbye to yall was one of the saddest things i’ve ever had to do, and i am so thankful that i got to spend my last season with yall. this team went through so many ups and downs but we still stuck with each other and grew as a team. this season may not have ended exactly how we wanted, but i am so proud of us and how much progress we made this season. it hurt my heart so much to say goodbye to yall, but i am forever grateful for this team. i will miss each one of yall so much next year and will love yall forever. thank you again premier for everything🩵🩵🩵🩵

It's #feature #friday 🔺️ Meet @kippinkarissa she is an all-star cheerleader and retired gymnast of 10 years.

She is currently NCAA Active and has received letters of interest from Baylor, Oregon, Belmont Abbey, Limestone and Lander University. 🔺️

She has 2 official visits set with Belmont and Limestone. 🔺️

Her plans are to do Acro & Tumbling in college while working toward her nursing degree. Karissa wants to be a surgical nurse. 🔺️
