Winger - Without The Night (Guitar Solo)

All for love, I've given up, I try to wait, but I'm not that tough
Too many times when I need you here, it seems like forever
Without the night, this would be so much easier
Without the night reminding me of the pain
Without the night, I could keep my heart from believin'
I'd be fine without the night

@wingertheband, so many axemen...
@kipwinger doesn't get the credit he deserves for his vocal ability! Good gawd..the man can hit the notes! The entire band backing vocals are all amazing. I was close enough to see they were actually singing instead of relying on backing tracks that sooooo many, too many, do!

#TBT This is a clip from 11 years ago when my friend Kip was gracious enough to invite my band at the time, Stomping Melvin, to open for his acoustic show and also sing a half dozen or so Winger tunes with the band after his set. This is a deep cut and one of my favorite Reb Beach riffs that I insisted on playing, and Kip slays it! I think his exact words at the time were, “Who the hell picked this set list?” 🙋‍♂️🤣 If you ever come early enough to an Angelz Fury show this riff is usually what I sound check my guitar with. 🪽🔥

Tracii Guns Gunzo and Bullet Boys were also on the bill that night. Meeting Rudy Sarzo was a highlight as well. What a nice guy! Fun show, fun times!

Thanks for the video Alia 📹

Seeing a recent post on @robertbakerguitar made me think of this. Go check out his channel. 🤘🏼🎸
