Why YOU Are The Endless Creative⠀ ⠀ From a lightbulb idea 💡 to its planning & execution, every single minutia of running a business demands creativity.⠀ ⠀ ✔️ We approach problems, seeking solutions.⠀ ✔️ We challenge the norm, take risks & defer judgement. ⠀ ✔️ We work on the hoof, adapting to economic, trend & market changes.⠀ ✔️ We learn from trial & error.⠀ ✔️ We start over.⠀ ⠀ I know so many inspiring startups, side hustles & full-time biz owners, who have defied comfort zone judgement & dived headfirst into running their dream businesses 💥 Along the way I have witnessed heartbreaking struggles, alongside celebratory wins. Yet we all have one thing in common, a desire to do something significant, better than before, that is representative of who we are. Today is the #unitednations World Creativity & Innovation Day. Wherever you are on your business journey take a moment to celebrate your creativity, your innovation & unique tenacity that keeps you in the game, moving forwards one step at a time 👣 👏🏼⠀ Give someone you know a shout & celebrate their creativity ⬇ I'll start it off with the amazing @glynisgermancelebrant & @michellegill_art #happycreatives ⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ #creativethinking #creativityeveryday #creativitymatters #creativecommunity #creativebusiness #creativebiz #creativesontherise #creativebusinessowner #creativecoach #creativeentrepreneur #creativeentrepreneurs #worldcreativityandinnovationday⠀ #smallbusinesscoaching #businessgrowthexpert #businesswithpurpose #businesstransformation #successinbusiness #businesseducation #businessstrategist #sustainablebusiness #businesssupport #bizcoach #businessmindset101 #businessconsultant #businessmentoring #businessdevelopment #businesscoaching

DECEMBER month of the heart openers 💚❤️💚 • • BINISSALEM, STATION STUDIO, via @theyogahut Wed 18:30 - 20hr   Sat  10hr - 11:30hr • • PALMA, @devayogashala Tue 17:30hr-19hr Fri  18hr  - 19:30hr • • This month we will focus on chest & heart- opening asanas and breath work that will help you and encourage you to come into small - and maybe some deeper versions of backbends. • Backbends can be for many of us a scary or even an imposible direction to go to. When entering a backbend one can feel vulnerable or exposed and the body blocks. For some of us, backbends are even more challenging than going into a handstand. When preparing our body in a smart and safe way and developing love, compassion, and affinity towards ourselves, we start to surrender and soften what will help us to go “backwards” in all meanings of the word on a physical, mental and emotional level.   “By tuning in into our heartbeat, we tune ourselves into the resonance with the core rhythm of our organism and the rhythm of the world around us. “~A. Judith • • Backbends benefits when properly executed: Relieve anxiety and stress, relieve insomnia and restlessness, massages and flush kidneys, learn that limits are self imposed, gain bravery, strength and trust, stretch your abdominal muscles & internal organs, gain new perspectives, opens your mind and heart to new possibilities, improve breathing, relieve chronic back or neck pain, bring your spine back to its natural flexion, relieve anxiety and stress, let you slow down and help facing the present. • • @eggmotion photo @centralstudiosmallorca special thanks for the awesome studio space @kiraball_artwork painting on wall • • #backbends #chestopeners #heartopeners #vinyasaflow #sinyoga #heartchakra #anahata #forthchakra #love #compassion #affinity #unstruck #movingtostillness #yogaclass #present #peace #vulnerable #yogasequence  #yogamallorca #healing #heartbeat #benefitsbackbends #yogateacher #tantraflowyoga #wheelpose #urdhvadhanurasana #theyogahut @devayogashala #stationstudiomallorca #centralstudiomallorca
