After a summer of abundance – wild, outward, full of emotional waves, loneliness as well as deep connection – I'm arriving in autumn.

And I've come to love this season deeply over the past years.

It allows me to slow down.
To turn inward again.

And the beauty of nature in autumn – letting go without ego. Without drama.
Simply as part of the cycle.

Witnessing that raises questions in me:

What gets to stay?
What do I carry inward with me?
What gets to land fully?
And what in me is at the end of a cycle?
What do I keep feeding even though I already notice that its end has come?

Not to find answers in the mind, but to trust that by becoming quieter the body knows.

Let's move with these questions this month.

Here is where you can find me:

Some more of summers‘…
Slide 1 photo (c) @a_anatorres
And moments from @mystic.creatures_ and at sweet friendzzz birthdays, rehearsals, jams, road trips to happenings <3 putting time to organise events and bring friends and communities together is one of the most precious work in our hyperindividual world I recon, maybe one of the most challenging things as well in big cities, grateful to have people around who put effort in that

Die Linke won in Berlin! aww what’s gonna happen?

Maybe you’ve been surrounded by noise for a little too long.

So much to do.
So much to take in.
So many voices, messages, expectations.

And maybe, underneath all of that, there’s a quieter voice that you haven’t heard in a while.

The one that already knows.

This evening is an invitation to slow down enough to hear it again.

To put down the need to speak, explain, perform or be available.
To simply arrive — in your body, in your senses, and in the presence of others.

We’ll share an evening of stillness, earth-based movement, sauna and wild herb nourishment — creating a space where you can soften, breathe and be held by the community around you.

Because sometimes you don’t need words.

You need enough silence to remember that you already know.

Come into the temple of your inner world.

Your stillness is your medicine.

• Saturday 6.30 - 23 pm
• @uhu_berlin Salon
• Ticket 45€ (but this should be no reason to not come, we’ll find a way)

See you there 🍃✨🪷

Montag,
24.08. ab 18:00 Uhr
📍 Tempelhofer Feld
(genauer Treffpunkt folgt – Nähe alter Flugzeugstellplatz)

✨ Your Expression Matters

Deep, dark, dreamy and bouncy.

/// DE ///
