POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Flew in for the pre-Songkran weekend to scratch some Pad Thai itch and to meet up with the gaes before the chaos! Over a decade of friendship, and this was our first overseas hang, so we had to squeeze in a mini photowalk like the good old IG days.

Gahd, I missed taking street portraits and Bangkok summer light was absolutely SERVING that day!

03.15.26 ✨

(starting the series of late posts before the monthly summary 😝)

part of my vision board for 2026 was to continue exploring and training dance (as someone who is still healing their relationship with dance) and specifically on that dance vision board is to join a coach @carlafaner camp/intensives 💃🏻

lo and behold dec 2025 i unexpectedly got to fulfill this earlier than expected when @zerostudioph announced their SØTY and ate carla was part of the lineup. i hesitated joining at first because i was recovering from holiday finances, but ultimately decided to push through because nothing else was really stopping me anyways. and i really told myself to commit and do more 💪🏻

so here we are weeks later~ heart happy and soul filled with joy 🫶🏻 ofc this didn’t come with its challenges, but ultimately nothing else mattered when i hit that stage and just danced my heart out. also learned and gained so much by being in a new environment, and just allowing myself to just learn without any pressure~ napa-freestyle pa nga ulit

to ate carla!! thank you so much for everything 🫶🏻thank you for entrusting us with your vision and making this experience more enjoyable!

to my gangstahood fam!! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 grabe thank you for this journey together and i’m so happy to have connected and gained new friends!

to my friends!! thank you for the support 🫶🏻 for real you guys know how hard life and work was for me during these sessions but you guys made sure i was okay~ forever grateful for you guys 🩷

‘til the next stage ✨

We spent this entire week together, save for that one day when work needed me for itself.

You taught me ways and values I still hold onto until this very day. Not only have you given me memories and pieces to look back on, you've also given me so much to look forward to.

Dear Dance,

Consider this my note for the romantic consumerist holiday. I'm glad I fell in love with you again.

-----

Monday: Open Training Day 2 with @kkv.collective. Coach @liarezabella's choreo made me LEAP OUT of my comfort zone. I do admit that I miss learning narrative movement.

Tuesday: House at @kidlatdancestudio with @sethtjd. The most challenging class we've had so far. Everyone was down on the floor by the end of it. It's always the XG songs noh?

Thursday: An entire afternoon collaborating on choreo, sharing stories, and consuming coffee with @sippinketchup, Ended with an evening session with my fellow coaches, which I hope will be the first of many. Glad to have a shared a singular brain cell with you, girls.

Friday: Taught the monthly Femme Flow drills and combos class at Kidlat. I only get to teach every other week or once a month, so having students in class is always a treat. Icing on the cake was creating a short piece to a song I really like!

They say you will never find real connections online but I guess times have changed cuz over a decade ago, I ditched my solo birthday trip to Coron to join SinoPinas’ anniversary hike at Mt. Pulag and found the crew I’d end up growing (and outgrowing) life with.

What I thought was just a normal weekend, turned out to be the weekend I met the crew I will share countless of golden hours with.

Here’s to always starting the year right in Pantone’s color of the year! Thank you @drop.by__ for hosting the 30s-friendly party 😘

-Overdue cheese cuz that’s life 😅

It all started so suddenly. My friends and I were looking for a specific kpop class. Moments later, we got hit by the algorithm. After 48 hours, we found ourselves in a humble studio space called @kidlatdancestudio . This was back in 2023.

Two years later, I'm still here— with close friends, adopted "children" and an opportunity to teach again.

I did not step into any dance studio for 3 years, due to many personal reasons (mainly fear and insecurity). Looking back, I realized that those 3 years of absence prepared me to be the dancer that I am now. It was preparing my heart for the growing love and fondness I have for these people.

Thank you, Kidlat Kommunity. I never thought I'd be called "Coach" or "Teach" again in this lifetime. It will take a lot of getting used to again, but it's a gift I wholeheartedly accept.

Happy Holidays, kyuties.

BIBIMBOYS Ø SUMMER CAMP BATCH 2 2025!

This was my first camp after 13 years and my first performance onstage since 2016. I stopped dancing for 9 years, and I’m glad that my return to the stage is with Bibimboys!

When I stopped training for dance, I turned to Kpop to fill that appetite for dance and performance. It’s quite fitting that my first stage back is a Kpop camp with some of my favorite Kpop songs and choreographies.

Joining Bibimboys really is one of the best decisions I made this year. Bibimboys helped me be comfortable again on stage, and they really pushed me to be more diligent in practicing. However, the most important lesson I learned from Bibimboys is how to be more balanced. They taught me that balancing work with dance is totally fine, and they taught me that it’s okay to enjoy life again.

To coach @owen_baisa , thank you for everything that you do for us. I’m glad that we met in this lifetime, and I’m extremely honored to have been mentored by you. You have made such a huge impact in my life and I’ll forever be grateful.

To @onigwyri thank you for really pushing me to join Bibimboys! Galing mo mambudol forever. (Wala yung pic natin sa phone ko huhu kaya pinost ko yung selfie ko na nasa background ka)

To our leaders @aimsuuuuu @anjietanguilan_ @aikabantolo @jairaalyssa I appreciate everything that you do for me and for us. Bibimboys would not have been half the camp that it was if it weren’t for you

To my Bibimboys family, thank you for taking care of us and for accepting me into this family. You are one of my favorite people in this world, and I can’t wait for us to perform on stage again

I will miss weekends with Bibimboys. 143!!! 💜💚

Long time no kpop... mga two weeks.

Thank you idol @ajndaus for this class. Sana di ka magsawa, ibulong ko na yung Universe League stages. Butterfly ganyan.

And taking this moment to also thank @elxcapitxn
for producing songs for AHOF, such an eargasm each time.

Photos don’t do justice to how much fun and love we felt during our first pop-up experience last weekend at @soukpopup! We loved meeting everyone, sharing stories, and watching you enjoy our drinks. 🥹

Special shoutout to @nkd.bakery for making the experience even better, their sandwiches and cookies were such a great pair with our coffee! 🤤

We can’t wait to do it all over again soon! See you at our next pop-up. ☺️
