Meet our Co-Directors of Fashion, Kiser & Ruby!

What’s up! My name is Kiser Young, and I’m a senior from Dayton, OH majoring in Strategic Communication and Journalism.

This is my second full year with UP and I cannot wait to collaborate with some of the most fashionable people on campus :)

I’m excited for what this year has to offer and in my role as a Co-Director of Fashion!

Much UP love,
Kiser Young

Hey guys!!! I’m Ruby Darmanin, and I’m so excited to be your Co-Fashion Director this year! I’m a sophomore studying Strategic Communications and Fashion Corporate Business, and I am from Troy, MI.

I spent my first full year as a freshman in UP, and it truly gave me so many amazing “firsts” at Miami. UP was, and still is, a place where my creativity is welcomed with open arms. This organization and its people have become so close to me, and I cannot picture my time here at Miami without UP Magazine.

One of my favorite memories this far would definitely be our 26-27 director shoot. It felt like a glimpse into what’s to come this year as a group of strong and creative leaders. Everyone has such big hearts, big ideas, and always wants to make sure that ideas are heard across the board.

I cannot wait to see what myself and the rest of this team create, and I am so excited to share it with everyone!

Much UP love,
Ruby

goodbye oxford!📍
these past four years of college wouldn’t have been the same without any of these people; forever grateful for this college experience and wouldn’t change a thing about it. I’m going to miss everyone but what I’m going to miss the most is some BRUNOS PIZZA‼️🍕🍕
