Dance can be anything and everything. I’ll never be one person who only does one type of dance because I love the diversity of styles and expression. 💓🙏🏼
Dancing has so many benefits including improving brain function, strength, flexibility, coordination, memory, heart health, and mental health. Dance has helped bring me out of depression and tough times, and I believe truly saves lives. 🥹 I am so grateful for the art, for all of the dance instructors and choreographers I’ve experienced in my life and for my dance communities. 💗
Happy National Dance Day! 💃🏻🕺🩰👯‍♀️👯‍♂️

One time for the Quince Crew 👏🏾🎉 We couldn’t be anymore grateful than we are right now for the team that came together and turned it out for this event! We had the privilege of performing at a beautiful quinceañera, and this team gave it their all! Thank you again to the performers for your adaptability, your willingness to grow and adjust, and your skill to execute to the level that you did 🤍 and BIG thank you to one of our beautiful Momma’s at @vivatejanadance for the opportunity, the guidance, the awesome performance that their team gave too, and the trust that was put in us to deliver!

Definitely an avenue we will continue to pursue to make special days that much more memorable 🎉
