An absolute time was had! So many hugs, laughs, and great energy. Running into so many people was the highlight! Food was great, DJ was amazing, and the host & hostess were out of this world. To celebrate my upcoming birth I wanted to be surrounded by the women close to me and to relish in our divine feminine energy. 🧚🏾

During our gathering, I posed a question about mothering to the group which opened up floodgates of generational pain but also pathways to healing. We talked about where we currently need nurturing and mothering in our lives and how we can provide that for and to ourselves.

We opened our hearts to receive the love and nurturing we need with a cacao ceremony and soundbath meditation/prayer.

My favorite part was the hugs we shared afterward that pieced us back together and made sure we carry forward with softness.

Cheers to the beautiful women in my life! 🥂✨🥰
