A grest way to end a special trip

So thankful they included me on this retreat. It meant a lot to be part of it and get to help out along the way. One of the highlights? Stopping by @kitcheninthedesert29! We ate outside, soaked up the vibe, and every bite, food drinks, and dessert, was absolutely insane. Shared it all with @gina.marie.vega @gmc_influence @directedby1982, @chef_foosh and it's safe to say we'll have to go back. Grateful for the people, the memories, and the food that made this trip unforgettable!

One month in California, endless core memories. ☀️🌴
Huge thank you to all the wonderful customers who made my work days so bright, and to the new friends who turned this temporary stay into a place that feels like home. Leaving a piece of my heart on the West Coast! ✨

What an honor it was to bring our custom hat bar to Sierra and Josh‘s wedding rehearsal dinner at Kitchen in the Desert. The atmosphere, the guests, the vibes - everything was perfect. Thank you for having us and we wish you a lifetime of love together 🤍

Thank you to all the local businesses and groups who sponsored our Murder Mystery Dinner! The event was a rousing success, and we raised a lot of money for our local library. We couldn’t do this every year without the support of our amazing 29 Palms community!

What we ate in Joshua Tree 🌵🍽️

One of my favorite parts of hosting our K.Scottlyn Experience wellness retreat was getting to create meals for us throughout the trip. I wanted the food to feel comforting, fresh, intentional, and still special enough to match the desert setting.

We had slow breakfasts, easy lunches between exploring, cozy snacks, and dinners that gave us a reason to come back to the house, sit down, and actually enjoy each other. I prepared most of our meals myself, including our steak dinner with potatoes + vegetables, and kept everything relaxed instead of turning the trip into one long restaurant reservation.

We did make room for some local Joshua Tree favorites though. 🌵

Kitchen in the Desert gave us one of our standout dining moments of the trip — such a cool atmosphere and the perfect place to experience a little more of the desert food scene.

And Pho Nuts 29 came through with the coffee + snacks for those mornings and in-between moments when we needed something quick before heading back out.

For me, wellness travel doesn’t mean eating boring food or trying to be “perfect.” It’s good food, good rest, movement, fresh air, beautiful surroundings, and actually giving yourself time to enjoy all of it.

A little look at how we ate our way through the Joshua Tree Collection. 🤎🌵
