What. A. Night. 😍😍😍

One of our biggest meetups yet at our Friday’s Canary Wharf Female Entrepreneurs Event— full of new faces, real conversations, and that electric energy you honestly can’t fake…

We had the absolute honour of hearing from Sangeeta Pillai @soulsutras — founder of the Masala Podcast and just an all-round powerhouse of a woman. She shared her story of growing up in poverty in Mumbai, breaking cultural taboos, and creating a space where South Asian women can speak their truth.

And even though her work centres South Asian voices, her message is universal and landed for all of us:

🫶 Stop waiting until you’re “ready” to start
🫶 Don’t shrink yourself
🫶 And please don’t let your inner critic run the show

THEN — something truly special. Sangeeta gave us a first look at the cover of her debut book Bad Daughter, out this September! She shared it with us first (still buzzing) and we even got early access to pre-order. So honoured she chose this room — this community — for that moment 🤩🤗

Also — can we talk about how over £2,000 worth of prizes were donated by women in this room, for women in this room? That’s what this space is all about: women supporting women…

Massive love to Galina @galina_mykolaienko2023 for the gorgeous photos — you captured the whole vibe perfectly 🤩📸💖

And if you missed this one, don’t worry — our June Meetup is on the 27th and it’s going to be another amazing one.

🎟️ Non-members: tickets are in the bio
✨ Premium members: you’re already on the list

See you there? 💫
