Doing things that we know help us to feel good often leads to more opportunities for feeling good. It doesn’t typically happen by accident, we have to cultivate it. This world will give us plenty of reasons to be down and out, if we let it (if we don’t create the balance or cultivate the polarity we need to experience balance). We don’t have to get sucked in by the sadness and madness, but we WILL if we aren’t doing anything to stop it.

Maybe it will be a quick harvest, or maybe it will take time to sprout - but what’s one thing you can do today to plant a seed for your wellbeing? Pop it in the comments, or make your own post about it - you never know who will be inspired to move differently because of your idea; you might just be the water, soil, and sunshine that person needed, to grow. 🌞🌊🌱

Happiest birthday to my beautiful bestie @iamkediana !!! What a year it’s been, we had more fun adventures, made memories with our littles, and ate like queens! I’m amazed to say we’ve been friends for 17 years, when we moved our Saskatchewan roots to the “big city” with @kitdavone . Thank you for always having my back, keeping me in check when I need it, and being the brightest light. Diana, I’m so happy to see you in a good place, you deserve it all and more! Happiest birthday my love!!! 🎂🎉🍾🎁

My coolest cousin comes to Calgary to celebrate another successful semester in the bag. We are malnourished, fatigued and running on fumes. You can tell we lack some connections 🧠🤯😅👌 First meal at 11pm! Yikes! Life of a student. Enjoying the Life chats, hacks, and all the quacks. Chocolate and Rock& Roll baby... So proud of cuz @2legit_kit @kitdavone @davonedaily
