Taking a moment today to appreciate the boutique side of the Cave. There is something incredibly inspiring about instruments built by independent makers who pour their unique vision into the wood. Here is the current boutique lineup: my two Fano gems (the SP6 and RB6T), the Fidelity Guitars Stella Rosa JR, and the absolute latest addition to the family, the Harland. Each of these guitars has its own distinct soul, a neck that feels like a worn-in old friend, and a tonal palette that pushes you out of your comfort zone.

When it comes to your own collection, are you strictly loyal to the classic big brands, or do you love exploring the boutique and offset world? Let me know! 👇

TOO HOT TO SOLDER?! 🥵

Making circuits in 34C isn’t particularly fun, but this pair of custom fuzz circuits for @kitharaguitars are looking cool.

Next up are a few of the new GNAWER boards (one for @guitarpedalx), followed by a couple of special somethings which I hope to have ready for @brightonguitarshow.

Two absolutely glorious short scale basses from our recent trip to @bassbros.uk

The Music Master is still a great gateway into vintage Fenders, whilst the @kitharaguitars took the formula, turned it up to 11 and made it achingly rock'n'roll in the best way.

Swipe to the end for bonus @jonnydibble handsomemaxxing 🥵

Playing isn't particularly inspired today, but found a tone I really enjoyed and thought i'd share it with you guys.

Of all things, this is coming from a Friedman Jose capture

I was so shocked to see this bass at @bassbros.uk…

@kitharaguitars (sorry if I pronounced you incorrectly!) make such incredible instruments and it was a real treat to play this lil ripper “Samson” at our recent trip to the showroom 👌
