We were honored to have @MischoBeauty serve as a proud sponsor of the 47th National Convention of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. in Baltimore! ✨💙🩷

Supporting an organization with such a powerful legacy of developing, serving, and investing in the next generation of African American leaders is deeply meaningful to us.

We were proud to share a little Mischo Beauty love with convention attendees. 💅🏾💄✨

Thank you, @jackandjillinc , for allowing us to be part of such a special celebration!

✨HISTORY MADE IN STEM + BEAUTY 👩🏾‍🔬🧪💅🏾

The future of beauty just got a whole lot brighter.

Spelman College ( @spelman_college )will officially graduate the first three students from its Cosmetic Chemistry program - making history as the first and only HBCU in the nation to offer this groundbreaking program. 👏🏽✨

Join us in celebrating these trailblazers:

🧪👩🏽‍🔬 🎓 Milani Harris, ‘C26
🧪👩🏽‍🔬🎓 Delaney Brooks, ‘C26
🧪👩🏽‍🔬 🎓 Mackenzie Morgan, ‘C26

At a time when Black women spend over $7.4 billion annually on beauty, yet represent only 2.5% of beauty brands, this moment is more than a milestone—it’s a shift.

✨ A shift toward representation
✨ A shift toward innovation led by us
✨ A shift toward ownership

This is exactly why STEM Beauty Lab ( @stembeautylab ) exists—to inspire and prepare the next generation of girls to see themselves not just as consumers of beauty… but as the scientists, innovators, formulators, thought-leaders and founders shaping its future. 💄🧪

To Milani, Delaney and Mackenzie —
you are not just graduates… you are pioneers. ✨🩵

And to every girl watching—
this is what’s possible. ✨
