5 days, 50 hours, 2 bike crashes, one foot out of commission, one knee, one elbow. Still showed up. Still pushed through. Still that b. I came to Bali in April without even knowing what Rocket Yoga was. Then came @missionflowstudio , @katerinaraneri 's classes, and a practice that changed everything. Somehow, life started moving just as fast as my handstands. Becoming a Certified Rocket Yoga Teacher feels like the ultimate full-circle moment. Learning from some of the best, leveling up my practice, and leaving with so much more to share. Huge thank you to @davidckyle for an unforgettable training. 12 days left on this island. I landed here randomly, with no expectations, found love for the practice, met a special someone in class and now I’m unexpectedly moving back home to Montréal. Life really does have its own plans, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s next. Until then, you’ll find me at Mission Flow, getting in as many classes as humanly possible. Bringing Rocket back home. See you on the mat. 🚀 September training, October post. Better late than never. Lou🚀🚀

A bunch of crazy people from all over the world somehow ended up in the same place, sharing the same passion for Rocket Yoga🚀 I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for this TT. 🥹🚀 There were students who already came to classes, people I had met before, new friends, colleagues… and seeing everyone together, practicing, learning, laughing and pushing each other was pretty special. People often ask me: “Why Rocket?” Because it gives me freedom. Because it gives me energy. Because it constantly challenges me to explore what my body can do, but also how I feel, how I think, and what happens when I step outside my comfort zone. But mostly because of the people. The Rocket community is full of slightly crazy, curious humans who are always willing to explore, try something new, fall, laugh, get back up and do it again. 😂 And I think that’s what makes this practice so special to me. Feeling incredibly lucky to be part of it. And even luckier to have shared these days with all of you❤️🚀🥷 Special thanks @davidckyle @rocket.yoga

The last two days is where everything came together. ✨ Day 3 of The Weekend by Maude was about integration: the insights from the day before, the conversations that carried over, and a closer look at how to position yourself and your brand, guided by Erika Aquino and Dr. Katrina Gisbert-Tay. Day 4 brought the farewells, one last morning together, and a closing session to bring it all full circle. What began as a weekend on the calendar became a few days that changed how everyone sees their work, their voice, and each other. Thank you to everyone who made The Weekend what it was. Until the next one 🤍 The Weekend was made possible by our loving partners @moomhealth @urganiqa @asul_ph @jomalonelondon @cliniqueph @honestjunk @pennypairs @longevitylabsph

Goodbyes that feel more like see-you-soons. ✨ Four days at Anya Resort Tagaytay, and The Weekend by Maude is a wrap. It began with sunset yoga, a welcome dinner, and strangers becoming friends. Then came the days that did the real work: Spot It, Own It, Build It and Claim It with Dr. Katrina Gisbert-Tay and Erika Aquino, where guests built their Sacred Authority Statement and learned to claim it. The Split Screen and Brand and Business Positioning with Tin Santos and Monica Dizon turned those insights into strategy. On the last morning, a closing session brought it all full circle. What began as a weekend on the calendar became a few days that changed how everyone sees their work, their voice, and each other. 🤍 Thank you to every guest who showed up and went deeper, and to our sponsors, whose support made every detail feel a little more special. 🫶🏼 Until the next one. 🌴 A big thank you to The Weekend sponsors @moomhealth @urganiqa @asul_ph @jomalonelondon @cliniqueph @honestjunk @pennypairs @longevitylabsph 💖

The day the room got real. You had to be there. ✨ Day 2 of The Weekend by Maude was all about insight, and sessions our guests will be taking home for a long time. Spot It, Own It, Build It with Dr. Katrina Gisbert-Tay. Guests got honest about what's holding them back, owned the part they play in their results, and built their Sacred Authority Statement, their "I am" statement, then spoke it to the room. Claim It with Dr. Katrina and Erika Aquino. Live coaching on investor-facing delivery, and one big question: how do you claim your Sacred Authority? The kind of day that stays with you long after the weekend ends. 🌴 Grateful for the women who showed up, spoke up, and went deeper. And if you wish you'd been in that room, you're not alone. ✨ A big thank you to The Weekend sponsors @moomhealth @urganiqa @asul_ph @jomalonelondon @cliniqueph @honestjunk @pennypairs @longevitylabsph 💖

The landing in beautiful Tagaytay ✨ Day 1 of The Weekend by Maude was all about sunset yoga, warm introductions, and new connections unfolding. A beautiful start to the days ahead. Together, we set the intention for what this weekend is meant for: a time to pause, open up, and settle in. Still feels surreal to see months of planning finally come to life. Five people who’ve built companies, closed seven-figure deals, coached C-suites, and scaled brands — now in one room for four days. Dr. Katrina Gisbert-Tay. Erika Aquino. Tin Santos. Monica Dizon. Kitkat Cuenca. Five people. Four days. One room built to change how you lead. October 2–5 · Anya Resort, Tagaytay.

You've built the authority. The room just hasn't caught up yet. The Weekend is back — sharper, and built for what's next. Four days to lead from clarity instead of adrenaline. Access to the capital and network your next round actually requires. Brand strategy that converts visibility into revenue. The partnerships playbook behind seven-figure deals. And the nervous system reset that makes all of it sustainable. You leave with a Sacred Authority Statement — built and pressure-tested live, in a room of people who'll tell you the truth. Oct 2–5 · Anya Resort, Tagaytay · Twenty leaders. Very few seats left.

Sunday girlfriend support: @kitkatcuenca’s last day at Vida and her popping my Vinyasa cherry. I am humbled but I will be back to her classes. I only delayed going for a year haha. Always a cheerleader for my girls even if it means being out of my comfort zone. 🤪💜🐱
