THE HOUSE ⭐️

A Warm welcome awaits you in the house starting in the main entrance & Foyer with seasonal styling from Jules @homeandvintageliving & the lovely stylist @kitty_robinson99 who always dresses her stand with the most beautiful collections & makes your welcome the most magical.

The House was built in 1898 for The Brewers Family. This beautiful old country House is quite substantial with Edwardian Interiors, built originally as a grand family home, then during the first world war it was used as a military hospital before becoming the school in the mid 1920s.

Overlooking the most stunning views over the Surrey Hills with its Walled gardens and its Orangery, used as our cafe ~ it’s the most perfect choice for our ‘First Frost Fair’ & other Beautiful events when the school is closed for the holidays.

So do come and see us and enjoy strolling through the Wall garden and enjoy the ambience that Frensham Heights provides not to mention with all our exhibitors filling the rooms and the marquee on the lawn, you are in for a real treat ⭐️

We hope you can join us for what will be a beautiful day in the surrey countryside ~ you do not want to miss it ~

All our stallholders are busy getting ready for our Autumn Fair this Saturday, 17th of October.

Some come from quite a way and we are always amazed at how fresh they look when we open at 10am despite many having been on the road since the middle of the night!

They work so hard to put on the most beautiful show and we so hope you can make it along to see what magical scenes they have created. Here are a few of the faces you will see on Saturday, we know they have some wonderful finds for you as do all our fabulous exhibitors.

Don’t forget to visit both our halls, the upper and the lower and take the few steps up to the stage to find another three of our very talented exhibitors.

We are all so looking forward to seeing you.

Is there a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon than with our great friends @kitty_robinson99 and @isseapink
What wonderful hosts Issy and Terry were and we sat in the sunshine on their balcony overlooking the sea at Bexhill.. lots of laughter and friendship ..the boys had a good old catch up too.

Our spotlight today shines on the ten exhibitors who will transform the inner spaces of our upper hall at our Autumn Fair on Saturday 17th October.

It’s always such a treat to see how our stallholders create their own worlds in a relatively small space. Some stands are rich with colour, others draw you in with their curated vignettes. Each has its own story to tell, with something special to discover.

But enough of the chat…see for yourself on the day and, in the meantime, feast on these images captured from previous Fairs by @patrickbphoto

This time last week… 🍂

…. Penshurst Place was looking rather good!

A Friday spent browsing independent brands, discovering beautiful things, catching up with friends and taking in the gardens along the way.

A little look back at the Wealden Times Pop-Up…from our exhibitors and their beautifully curated stands to shoppers finding something to take home, with the House and Gardens providing the perfect backdrop.

Autumn shopping, coffee, bouquet tying and plenty of things to discover. Just the way we like a Friday. 🛍️

And now, not long until our Midwinter Fair… 🌲 Keep an eye out tomorrow, when we’ll be sharing something rather exciting. ✨
