My time working with one of my favorite but unexpected sets has come to an end. @remiwolf has been one of my top favorite artist for a while now, her music brings such a unique flavor to my soul that only few artist are able to do for me. I remember when I specifically wanted to make choreography to both Guerrilla and Cinderella (which sadly didn’t make the cut); actually I remember when I first heard Photo ID the end of 2020 it blew me away and I’ve been obsessed with Remi ever since. I just found out this year that there’s a version of Photo ID with @dominicfike on it - immediately started making choreo because that collab was everythingggggg. Anyways I started compiling some songs I thought sounded good together and as I was starting to make a mix, I was given a perfect opportunity to showcase my choreography at Intrusion. So I scrambled to get a small group together, finish up the mix, and start the blocking process. I think the best part of it all was getting feedback from that performance and gushing amount of support - BOOM - another unexpected idea pops in my mind that same night; what if I did this but change the concept to the Boogie Boys from The Nightmare Before Christmas??? So I submitted for Haunted and created one of the most fun-loving, unforgettable, extravagant performances I could only ever dream of.
