I love this quote more than I can ever possibly say, because it’s exactly how I feel about myself. I’m so pleased it’s finished and I get to read it every single day🪡 Good Intentions by the wonderful Kathy Barrick 🧵 Stitched 2 over 2 on 32 count Zweigart Grey Linen using my own green colour conversion and @kittystitch_ ‘s cute cat! 🐈‍⬛ (pattern in her story highlights)

So my friends and I are playing a little stitching game to go along with the new season of Dancing with the Stars! ✨🪩

Here are the rules I’m going to be following as the show goes, but feel free to modify them if you want to stitch along! I’m assigning one WIP to each couple and then I’ll be doing stitches on that project according to how the episode shakes out.

I’m so excited for the premiere tonight and can’t wait to see if you stitch along with us! Who are you hoping takes the mirrorball??👀

What a weekend!! I made the trip from OK for my first Stitch-Con! It was everything you hear about on flosstube and more.

I had the best tablemates in @kittystitch_ @lemonadestitching @papercraneyarns and @kira.stitches.stuff. I stitched on everything I brought but didn’t get a finish (and I’m okay with that because the thought of ringing a bell, or in this case banging a gong, sounds like my nightmare 🙈)! I also met so many generous stitchers who shared so many amazing gifts and was able to visit the new @colourandcotton store on my drive home!!

The post retreat blues are real y’all!

I had an amazing time meeting new cross stitch friends. This was my first Stitch Con and I was very overwhelmed in the beginning, but everyone was so kind and I had a fun time stitching the day and night away! I was able to meet @megastitches24 and @kittystitch_ and also attended a panel where they answered questions with other Flosstubers. It was so cool!

I received many freebies from other stitchers. If you see any you have questions about in the freebie photo, let me know and I’ll do my best to share the lovely stitchers’ info. Huge thank you to @sallyyoun for letting me pick 2 beautiful pieces of fabric from her stash. 💜

The Keepsakes staff was so helpful too.

Another great Stitch-Con weekend in the books! This weekend was filled with incredible friends, both old and new, lots of laughs, delicious snacks, and a little bit of stitching when we had the time❤️🪡🧵✂️
