POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Yippee, I have D&D this weekend ☺️ Was looking through notes from past sessions and realized I haven’t yapped about this recent read on here yet.

Tusk Love was an adorable-in-all caps fantasy romance read set in the Critical Role universe, but I was able to enjoy without really knowing any of the lore. My best description of this would be if a Y2K fantasy movie had a baby with a regency romance novel - equal parts heartstrings and hijinks.

I loved Guinevere and Oskar’s dynamic, the themes of unlearning repression and chasing self-discovery, and the amount of romantic one-liners that I mentally highlighted. Would for sure recommend, whether you like D&D and Critical Role or not.

(Side note: CR’s tabletop game Daggerheart is coming out with a romance-centered campaign module inspired by this book next year - so this is everyone’s warning that once I get familiar with the system, I WILL be taking volunteers for a romantasy-inspired mini-campaign 😤)

((PPS: Someone pls ask me about my D&D character she’s a half-elf bard-turned-warlock that got her sense of whimsy stolen by fae and is a witch now, I love my girlfailure))

I used to stacked two folded plastic tables on top of each other to give me a cozy illusion that I have my own private space in those shared bedrooms. Also so I can freely decorated it without modify the room that I was not allow to do anything to.

Not a sad post, even tho I was suffering with my mental health but I knew I was saving money for something bigger. Looking back just made me feel even more grateful for what I have now, and it inspired me to ✍🏻🖤

Silly silly me, I mean my art doesn’t really look fancy and expensive for a rich home decor but like..maybe for a hobby kind of collection :))?

Btw, don't take this post as some venting or negative, I love anyone who enjoy my art regardless if they are rich or not. I am happy! Just allow me to have some delulu moment ok! It's fun for me 😉
