⚽🔥 Day 2 did not disappoint! 🔥⚽
Another action-packed day for the players as they continued their development both on and off the pitch.
The day started with our first round of fitness testing with Christian, @kiwifitlive, giving players valuable insight into their physical levels and setting a benchmark for the work ahead.

We then moved into an intense team training session with Mike, @allin_methodology, where the focus was on game understanding, decision-making, and performing under pressure.

The hard work continued in the gym with Adam, as players were challenged through a strength and conditioning session designed to help them meet the physical demands of the modern game.

To finish the day, the group took part in an excellent training session with Andy Preece, who pushed the players to maintain high standards, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout.

Our goalkeepers were also put through their paces in a dedicated session with @matturwingkcoaching working on key technical and tactical aspects of the position.

A fantastic day of learning, development, and hard work. The players continue to embrace every challenge and are making the most of this incredible experience.

NEVER WORRY ABOUT FAILING

Please never feel embarrassed or uncomfortable when you fail doing an exercise in the gym!! Reset and try again, and if you fail again then that’s okay too! It happens to the best of us💁🏻‍♀️

I used to never use certain machines in the gym because I didn’t know how to use them or how to do certain exercises and thought that I would look silly, but there is always a first time for everything and it’s the only way you will learn🧠

Now I love trying new things and finding new ways to exercise

➡️Scroll to see me awkwardly trying to get into the starting position of my assisted pull ups😂

Super proud of @abbyold today! First time using the bar and she did amazing💪🏼

Kept it light for her first time and didn’t add any extra weight to focus on technique and get her used to the feel of using the bar, cannot wait for next week to see the weight go up🏋🏼‍♀️

Some videos from tonights training with @x.meganshaw.x

To say I couldn’t be bothered would be an understatement😭 I would have much rather been on the couch doing nothing!

But no one was going to do it for me so we went and got it done, now I feel so good🏋🏻‍♂️

Absolutely lovinggg being back to lifting weights, even if they aren’t as heavy as I used to lift, I’m proud of myself✨

Today’s life lesson: Don’t be late for PT, it catches up with you. Death by SkiErg delivered a new ‘best’ HR Max of 183 🤮 😓 @kiwifitlive @concept2uk #concept2 #concept2skierg
