Coastal hikes, summer heights, crunchy leaves and dandelion wishes, and no sign of a wild bob cat, just a little lizard perched, poking his handsome face in the sun. Recoup, no mental stress day. My traveling jewelry companions. Do you like them?

At LOFT Eyewear Show, some frames simply refuse to blend in. We found the booth where that’s exactly the case — and had to share it with you. Sabine Be continues to push boundaries with shapes and colors that feel fresh, bold, and completely unexpected. Design that doesn’t follow trends — it creates them. #SabineBe #LOFTEyewearShow #IndependentEyewear #EyewearDesign #NYCOptical

. 🌹 A day of sisterhood 🌹 Being seen was the mantra of the day. Soul to soul, at the end of a Friendsgiving day that asked for presence, honesty, and real contact. Seventeen women gathered. Bodies close. Heads touching. Eyes closed. Breath audible. The kind of closeness that rarely happens in adult life, and yet feels immediately familiar. Not intimate in a performative way—intimate in the way children once rested next to each other without explanation. Throughout the day, something subtle unfolded. As voices were shared, as movement happened, as stillness was held, the room shifted. Faces softened. Jaws unclenched. Hands found their way to hearts and bellies without instruction. Laughter came easily. Tears came without apology. Time slowed in a way clocks cannot measure. The activities I guided asked for courage in very human ways. Speaking truth while others stayed present. Being witnessed without interruption. Allowing the body to move, then to stop. Letting silence exist without rushing to fill it. Each invitation opened space for trust to grow quietly, layer by layer. By the time we reached this moment on the floor, no one needed direction. The bond was already alive. You could feel it in the way breath settled. In the way weight dropped into the ground. In the way the body responded as though it finally received permission to rest among others. I am still buzzing of love, thank you beautiful ladies for your trust

. ✨ Friendsgiving gathering guided by Emmanuelle @unleashyourinnerwealth hosted by @scosha 17 women gathered in a circle of truth, tenderness, and presence, and I poured my entire heart into every detail. Each woman received her own personalized journal — created page by page, designed with her essence in mind. In the days leading up to the gathering, I prepared the creative field, curated the rituals, so that every woman would feel seen, held, and understood. In the kitchen, Scosha and I moved with devotion. We cooked homemade soup, tofu curry, baked desserts, prepared fruit, poured chai, and filled the space with warmth. Every ingredient carried prayer. Every dish held softness. Every detail honored the women who walked through her door. Throughout the day, I offered guidance, somatic exploration, emotional witnessing, ritual facilitation, and steady group holding. Every moment was crafted to create psychological safety, grounded presence, and emotional depth And the journey moves through three living chapters: ✦ THE DESCENT ✦ ✦ THE REVEALING FIELD ✦ ✦ THE FUTURE SELF ✦ I am humbled, inspired, and deeply moved Grateful for every woman who stepped into this field Grateful for every story, every tear, every smile, every truth Grateful for the living devotion that rises when women gather In courage & sincerity. I C U 🌹
