Former DEVGRU Gold Squadron operator Dom Raso ( @domraso ) 🔱🦁✝️ Dom Raso is a former U.S. Navy SEAL and DEVGRU operator whose military career spanned approximately 12 years, including a significant period with the Naval Special Warfare Development Group’s Gold Squadron. After joining the Navy at 17, Raso completed BUD/S and initially served with SEAL Team 2 before eventually being selected for DEVGRU. At DEVGRU, Raso served as a Gold Squadron operator and team leader, deploying repeatedly during the Global War on Terror. Across his career, he participated in 13 combat deployments and hundreds of operations. He became particularly recognized within the unit for his involvement in research and development, tactical innovation, sniper-related work, and combatives. His experience placed him at the forefront of the specialized training and techniques continually developed within the command. Raso eventually left active military service after more than a decade in Naval Special Warfare. Following his departure, he carried many of the lessons and principles developed during his SEAL career into the private sector. He founded Dynamis Alliance and the “Crush Everything” brand, focusing on performance, training, mindset, and leadership. Today, Raso remains a prominent former DEVGRU voice, discussing his experiences, military lessons, leadership, faith, and life after special operations. #devgru #sealteam6 #nswdg #sealteam #navyseals

Former DEVGRU Gold Squadron operator Mikey Owings 🔱🦁✝️ As a former member of the legendary SEAL Team 6, Mikey has dedicated his life to serving our country and protecting the freedoms we all cherish. He has faced unimaginable dangers and put his life on the line time and again, always putting others before himself. The irony is heartbreaking: after surviving so many perilous missions, Mikey was critically injured in a devastating car accident just miles from his home in Lake Wales, FL. This incident occurred as Mikey was waiting to turn towards his house when two cars collided in front of him, and careened directly into his, and the vehicle behind him. Thankfully, Mikey is now doing well, having started the long process to recovery. #devgru #sealteam6 #nswdg #sealteam #navyseals @terahowings
