Serving alongside each one of these individuals is such a gift. Being a part of the New Heart Church family is encouraging, joyous, and life giving! I am excited for our future days in our new building and the miracles and stories to come! Always for Jesus every step of the way.

As the year ends I reflect on my growth both literally and figuratively. I cut all my hair off to watch it grow again, learned the meaning of friendship, and how to set boundaries. Perfected knowing when to be still and rest and when to push myself. I learned what it means to be intentional and how important it is. Every decision made to reach my highest self. The best version of me. I’m so thankful for my community, for my job, & for my friends. What a joy it is to be known and loved. So many achievements to be endlessly grateful for and i’m so ready for this new chapter of life. <3

The Prairie Creek Cattle Club

Last night we had our 7th Cattle Club dinner out here at the farm, and as always, it is THE best. For our Fall 2025 Harvest Dinner, we brought back our chef buddies Austin and Audrey Plumblee (Bull in the Alley, Tavern) and let them do whatever they wanted. What a performance.
They put together a perfectly balanced 5-course meal that we will be thinking about forever. An incredible night with our club! Our farmers got dressed up and served all night while our clubbers were able to enjoy the beautiful tables (thanks @eversomethingevents for the florals) while they talked about how boring life was before they found Prairie Creek Farms.

If you don’t know about the Cattle Club, it’s our whole and half beef buying club. You can find all the info on the website at prairiecreek.farm/cattleclub. Reservations for Spring 2026 are now open!
Imagine coming to pick up a whole grass-fed beef from your local farmer, and when you get there you’re greeted with a world-class meal and a glass of wine 🤌🏽

To Our Cattle Clubbers: A very sincere thank you for trusting us to feed your family.

To our farmers: as always, crushed it.

To Austin, Audrey, and Natasha: you made us look so good.
