@kkayladyck Today marks 7 years since I married my best friend. I can’t believe how fast time flies. We’re starting to get older, but there’s still so much to learn about you. I love you a 1000x more than I did the day we got married and I’m sure I’ll love you even more tomorrow ❤️ I’m excited for our next step in becoming parents together. Thank you for being an amazing wife these past 7 years, I look forward to at least 70 more ☺️

Diabetes can take the L here! Two years ago I had a dream of doing a triathlon that’s what I wanted and then I ended up in the hospital and found out that I have type one diabetes I figured it’s whatever it’s just a minor setback and i’ll bounce back but boy was I wrong a year ago I gave up on my dream thinking it was impossible. Running is just to hard to do with my diabetes but then I had a friend that wanted me to do a relay triathlon and I was like why not. This relight the fire with in me and today I have conquered this dream and I am ready to continue pushing myself even further and learning more how to take care of my body. Just because something seems impossible does not mean it is impossible continue to pursue your dreams. Thank you to everyone who was there to support and everyone who supported me from a distance nothing but love for everyone

Had a great day with a couple of even greater friends! It’s been on my list to go to twisted each for a couple of years now in downtown STL, so @kkayladyck and I went for lunch, and then tried a new Mexican place for dinner with @sadiebell81 !! Had a fun and pretty impromptu day today! I need to go to bed, I’m so full!

Here’s a photo dump of some of my summer shenanigans! Solo road trip to Cali, visiting my sister in Florida, and girls weekend in Chicago plus a wedding in there, too! It’s been a blast, but it’s time to get a job! I’ve got GOALS!
