Introducing Timeless Maximalism ✨

This home gave us the chance to do something a little different.

Our clients came to us with a very distinct point of view; a love for color, pattern, collected pieces, and a few meaningful furnishings they knew had to stay. Rather than designing around those pieces, we wanted to give them new life and let them become part of the story of the new home.

The result is layered, eclectic, and full of personality, but grounded by classic details that keep it feeling timeless. Blues and greens, bold black and white moments, botanical prints, natural textures, traditional millwork, and pieces collected over time all live together without the home feeling overly styled.

What we love most about this project is how personal it became. This isn’t a home that could belong to just anyone, it feels completely like the people who live here.
Welcome to Timeless Maximalism. We have a lot to show you. ✨

Classic white or a pop of color? We approached these two home bars very differently based on what each space needed. In the lighter bar, we kept the cabinetry soft and understated so it would blend into the surrounding architecture and let the warm wood, lighting, and styling do the work. In the blue bar, we leaned in the opposite direction and used color to give the space more presence and personality, especially since it opens right into the main living area.

Both are designed to feel functional first, but still like a natural extension of the home; whether that means keeping things quiet and timeless or giving the room a little more personality. 🥂

Outdoor living should feel like an extension of the home, not an afterthought.

At Villa No. 36, every decision was made with that in mind. The clean architectural lines, layered landscaping, warm wood tones, and simple material palette all work together to make the transition from indoors to out feel effortless.

From a designer’s perspective, the goal isn’t to fill an outdoor space with more. It’s to create enough structure, texture, and comfort that the space feels finished while still letting the Florida setting do what it does best.

A space designed to be lived in just as much as the rooms inside.

When the staircase refuses to just be the staircase. 👀

The open risers, warm wood tones, and glass railing turn a functional part of the home into an architectural feature and that same thinking carries straight into the living room. Curved millwork, layered textures, collected furnishings, and touches of warmer color give your eye somewhere new to land at every angle.

It’s a space designed to be experienced as a whole, where even the path from one floor to the next gets its own moment.

A kitchen designed to make every inch work a little harder.

At Villa No. 36, the long wall between the kitchen and living room gave us an opportunity to create something that felt both beautiful and highly functional. A mix of open and closed storage keeps the space visually balanced, while the appliances are thoughtfully integrated so everything feels cohesive rather than overly utilitarian.

Quartzite countertops add another layer of natural texture and movement, bringing warmth and character to the clean lines of the cabinetry.

The result is a kitchen that feels organized, intentional, and connected to the rest of the home, without sacrificing the way it needs to function every day.

The headboard wall in the primary bedroom at Villa No. 36 was designed as more than just a place for the bed to sit against. We worked with a local upholstery workroom to create a custom piece with a stained wood surround and a fully upholstered inset panel wrapped in a woven fabric with subtle earthy tones.

It adds structure, softness, and another layer of texture all at once, while still keeping the room calm and understated.

That’s what we love about a truly custom detail; it doesn’t have to be loud to completely shape the way a room feels.

Some of our favorite outdoor spaces borrow a little from the indoors. 🌿

The details doing the work here:
• Upholstered seating that makes it feel like a true living room
• Layered, tactile textiles that soften the space
• Warm wood overhead to balance all the lighter tones
• Sculptural lighting and accessories that feel intentionally collected
• Lush greenery that becomes part of the design itself

The result? An outdoor room that feels every bit as considered as what’s inside, just with a much better breeze.

The primary bath at Villa No. 36 carries the same layered, collected feeling as the rest of the home, just in a quieter way.

We kept the palette soft and neutral, then relied on the materials to give the room depth. The marble brings movement, the warm brass adds contrast, and the white tile keeps everything feeling clean and calm. Even the art and styling were chosen to soften the space and make it feel more personal.

It’s refined, but not overly polished. Peaceful, but still full of detail.
Exactly the kind of balance we wanted throughout Villa No. 36.

The real luxury? Space to slow down.

For the living room at Villa No. 36, we wanted the space to feel collected, warm, and genuinely inviting. We leaned into a subtle rustic influence with a more refined point of view, using earthy tones, layered textures, natural wood, and softer finishes to create that relaxed, lived-in feeling.

The standout is really how all of those layers work together. The amber glass chandelier plays off the A-frame windows, wood ceiling, and wall covering, giving the room a warm focal point without overpowering the architecture.

The result feels cozy and personal, but still elevated; the kind of room that makes you want to settle in and stay awhile.

Soft tones, feminine flair, and a guest room that still feels completely connected to the rest of Villa No. 36.

For this space, we leaned into a delicate mix of pinks, blues, and warm neutrals, then layered in soft textures, subtle pattern, and classic shapes to keep it feeling refined rather than overly feminine.

The goal was to create a room that felt serene and comfortable for guests, but still had its own personality. The blush pillows, upholstered bed, sculptural lighting, and statement chandelier all bring something different to the room, while the garden view adds another soft layer of color.

It feels calm, collected, and effortlessly elegant; exactly how we wanted a guest bedroom to feel.
