New to the team — and just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Meet Kenny, our new Maitre’d and Wine Director. With a résumé that spans Michelin-starred dining in Napa, a 300-case cellar of rare and exceptional wine, and a beloved Telluride restaurant, Kenny brings deep expertise and heart to every pour. 🍷🤍

One of his favorite Valentine’s Day pairings? @chocolatbonnat’s Chocolat au lait which is 65% de cacao from Java. With it, he suggests pairing @rarewineco Boston Bual Madeira. A rich, balanced match that elevates both the wine and the chocolate.

My first knife of 2024 is leaving the shop today! This mini harpoon in NitroV steel is clad with some old school @g.l._hansenandsons Wine Camo GCarta. It’s going to a good friend in Colorado who is a somm and a Marine so the Wine Camo theme couldn’t have worked out any better! My new shop is almost set up so I should be turning out more knives this year. Thanks to everyone who has been so patient while I get my new place set up!
