I graduated!! My Esty Family is so special, I’m going to miss them so much! These last 6 months have been so incredible thanks to @mariah_esty ! She truly made such an impact on all of us and truly cared about our success! I feel so grateful for my class as well, all of these girls are so amazing and I couldn’t have done it without them! These are some of the funniest and smartest girls I have met! And I’m so excited to continue on this Esty journey! Next step STATE BOARDS!

After 8 years, I’m ‘retiring’ from being the student council advisor. Due to scheduling and the number of students I need to fit into my Conceptual Physics course, it was time to move on and give someone else the opportunity to work with these amazing kids!

Almost 300 students, 8 carnivals, 6 overnight Stuco camps, 32 pep assemblies, lots of fundraisers, 160 spirit days, 8 lock ins, 16 charitable drives from peanut butter to books to canned good, creatively keeping our Spartans engaged during Covid and virtual learning, the support of numerous staff members and my family…I can truly say it’s been one of the most rewarding things I’ve done in life.

To my students, please know that each of you touched my life and I learned from you in some way. I hope you took away some leadership skills and life skills that you’ll take into your adult life.
