I had no idea what I was in for when I said yes to choreographing a whole show. Somehow, it worked. Somehow, we created a work that I am unbelievably proud of. Every single one of the dancers took the structure and ideas I offered and added so much more. Exploring how dance interacted with the story and theater in this way set my brain on fire. I hope to do so much more work like this and I have endless gratitude to @eervolina for letting me be a creative partner on his vision

There's another post in the works about turning 30, the show in general, and the rest of my life but as I find myself returning to my usual routine I can't stop thinking about these dancers and what we created together. Honored to share the rehearsal room and stage with you all ❤️‍🔥

Oh the happiness!
To know the worship of the gods. To feel the love of these people. To be a part of this show.

Dionysus descended upon the Bay and said “worship.” One must not disobey the god.

I cannot thank Eamon and Edward enough for the opportunity to make some of the coolest art I’ve ever known. To howl like the gods were listening. To dance like dancing was IT.

To the cast and crew of legends, thank you for joining me on the mountain. It was an honor to rip and tear and dismember with you.

I will continue to be obsessed with this show and these people until the day I am turned into a snake and my wife, harmonia, is also turned into a snake.
