Artist Spotlight

$U$PECTS

A collaboration born out of years of playing events together, $U$PECTS is the B2B alias of Purple Streetlights and Klar.

Pushing what a DJ duo can do forward, these Goose residents cover everything from house to garage to dubstep in crime themed outfits with a DIY projector show to match it. Expect high energy and unique to them visuals that evoke film noir vibes and themes.

As mentioned prior, $U$PECTS are resident DJs for the renowned Dubuque club ‘The Goose.’ Expect a very unique experience when these two take the stage.

Celebrating my Shrimp Princess’s birthday and Valentine’s Day in style this weekend ❤️🦐🍾🥂

Shilpa has her debut DJ set tonight going back to back with me at midnight for Iowa Techno’s VIXEN at @thegoose920 🪿

We’ll be raising our glasses for her birthday at midnight and playing some of our favorite tunes that we’ve gotten down to over the last few years. The show is FREE and has a stacked lineup, big thanks to the @iowatechno crew for putting it together and putting us on.

SATURDAY we’ll be celebrating with rotating DJ sets upstairs at The Goose from 2pm - 6pm. The Goose has some great Valentine’s Day specials so come out, say hi, drink, dance, radiate your essence, and wish Shilpa a happy birthday 🎈 🥳 🍻

@abbeypalooza was a blast and will certainly be missed! @echorasofficial and I had such a blast throwing down last Friday. Thanks to the @scpmidwest crew for having us out. Major thanks to @haezeyphotography for always catching those candid moments for us to remember these good times!
