7 months postpartum and this is how i am choosing to show up for myself today. Matching set, makeup, & barre (with my baby ofc!)🩷 @klass.dance.slp & @klass.fitness.slp

As a first time mom birthing a child has forever changed my body and now that my son is a bit more independent I can finally work towards full recovery and gaining my strength back. I’m finally getting back to me, focusing on my health, and loving it.✨

Mamas!! We are in this together, Let me know how you are going to show up for yourself this week?

At the beginning class we each set goals for ourselves. Mine was to get out of my head, throw my insecurities out the window, and remember who I am. Safe to say I did. 🪩✨

Consider this your sign to try that dance class with your girls. 💃

Took a heels class at @klass.dance.slp here in the Twin Cities a few weeks ago and we need more moments like this.

More dancing. More laughing. More doing things just because they make us happy.

Happy Friday! 💗
