Lunchtime fiddle.

Probably (but I can’t be sure) the only time I’ll get to play alongside Mark Knopfler.

All that stuff about the mystical sphere direct from Lhasa, chasing the dragon, people rolling in the snow. What does it all mean?!

For ages, @meadhbh_bh misheard Michael McDonald’s BV as ‘it’s the light in my arse’. Says more about her than MM, maybe.

Today had been a DAY, so an hour of continuing trying to nail this Anthony Jackson masterpiece of a bassline - which I’ve been going at on-and-off for months - was called for. There’s still a few details that elude me; times like these I really wish I could read the dots.
