byebye, summertime.

WOW, here we are. year two has officially begun and unfortunately, I really don’t have as much as I’d like to show for it so far. being home really knocked me out of using my phone camera frequently, but i’m locking back in so BE READY FOR THE LATE OCTOBER/EARLY NOVEMBER POST.

besides that, what a strange time it’s been.

despite all the health stuff i was slammed with, i loved getting to do what i was able during tt (PF4L btw, ily guys!! 🎁 i literally couldn’t tag you all but know you’re all tagged in my heart<3). while it might be the only year i ever do it, i’m so glad i got to be with the people i was blessed to meet through it. y’all are incredible human beings and being part of the experience truly changed me for the better.

moving on from tt to the start of this semester so far… BOY, it’s been interesting. there’s already been alot of interesting ups and downs but through it all… god, i’m so glad to be with my friends again. i didn’t know just how hard i would take being away from everybody, but i really do feel like a much more complete version of myself here and around all of you guys (despite how hard i might crash out sometimes).

i’m so excited to see where this year takes us, because i know that it’ll all be okay in the end. september and october specifically are gonna be so awesome, i can feel it.

as always, take care of yourselves or allow others to do so for you.

My heart is so full right now

This has been one of the coolest weekends of my life and career so far

I not only had my second cut, but I got to hear it (and many others) sung by one my best friends on stage for the first time, as well as sing it myself on Broadway along with the some of the most talented songwriters I’ve heard. I cannot thank @mgmaggs enough for being literally the coolest person ever and I can’t wait to see what else we come up with. I also want to say thank you to @anchoredartistseries for having me on Friday where I got to celebrate the single on release day!!

Also shout out to my amazing friends who come along for the ride and are so supportive always. I couldn’t do it without them.
