I'm so proud of you Kloe!! 13.1 done. ✔️ Not a lot of 19 year olds are waking up at 4am to run a half marathon w/ their mom. I'm so thankful that I got to do this with you! 💕

There’s something about Sundays at the SHAPE HYROX Lab.

Athletes pushing each other.
Sleds scraping the turf.
People discovering they’re capable of more than they thought.

Right now the mission is clear:
HYROX New York — late May / early June.

Every Sunday at 11AM we’re getting a little stronger, a little faster, and a lot harder to break.

Curious about HYROX?

Come see what the lab is about.

Sunday Funday isn’t just a workout — it’s a proving ground. 💥 HYROX training at SHAPE has challenged my endurance, power, and mindset while surrounding me with a crew that brings the best out of each other. 🏋️‍♂️🏃‍♂️ If you want to train for @hyroxamerica the right way, @shapetrain412 is Pittsburgh’s premier spot. Period. 🏆
