The Milton Creek Classic is coming up at McCormick! My buddy a @dont_call_me_pete and I are hosting a C tier, on May 9th, next Saturday! Come check it out, I'll hold off on "jinxing" the weather this time, but it's seriously going to be fun.

@all_day_disc_golf is providing player packs for amateurs!

Got any tips for my game plan?

Secret C-Tier at Marshall’s Secret Course will be a tournament for me to remember.

I got to play with @perksofdiscgolf during the first round, my @all_day_disc_golf and @wild_rose_athletics teammates @klokediscgolf & @danielkitchensdg both rounds, and then played with the up and coming phenom @tenorbowden_dg for the second round.

Getting a tournament ace is amazing, doing it with my friends an Nate Perkins on the card made it extra special!!

After round 1 I had a one stroke lead on Kurtis, Daniel, and Tenor. I played well, we all had some missed putts, but for the most of the round I was clean off the tee, hit my gaps, and put myself in position to score.

Round 2 started off with an immediate birdie and solid play for the next eleven holes get to -4 and having a two stroke lead with 6 holes to play. But hole 16 had my number and I bogeyed, followed by a missed C1x putt on 17, followed by another bogey on 18. In that three hole stretch I lost my lead and was tied with Tenor with three holes to play and one up on Kurtis. I was able to compose myself and park hole 1, birdie hole 2, and then make, for me, an incredible turnover forehand approach shot on 3 to secure the par and the win!!

It was an incurable battle against some amazing disc golfers. This was my FIRST 1000+ rated event!!

Shoutout to my sponsors @all_day_disc_golf and @wild_rose_athletics for your support.

Looking forward to my next tournament!

Day 23 of throwing every shot type in disc golf till I have 5k followers!

Current followers: 2075(+1)
🥏: @elevationdiscs EcoFlex Screech

Today I filled a request to show how the Screech flies from @klokediscgolf
This is also one of the other goals I had with this series which was to throw A LOT of different discs to show how they fly! So if there is anything you want to see featured here I’ll try and get my hands on one if it’s not in my collection.

The Screech falls in between the Zone and ZoneOS in terms of stability and has that stability that gets more overstable when you throw it harder. I’ve been bagging this all year and when I need something to just hyzer in on an approach shot I’ll reach for the Screech!

It doesn’t even matter sometimes😅

Played my first event of the year, a C-tier ran by my sponsor @wild_rose_athletics! Ended up tying for 2nd and cashing, along with shooting my best tournament average yet( c-tiers in Oregon are hard😅)! Got to play with my teammates @klokediscgolf , @dallasgarberdg, @j_ando30 from Wildrose Athletics, as well as @all_day_disc_golf teammate @christofu_xc. It was fun times at Buxton and I’m excited to see how the season will shake out.

Shoutout to my sponsors @wild_rose_athletics and @all_day_disc_golf!

Next event is the 27th Annual Big Island Open next weekend in Hawaii! Looking forward to some warm weather golf and relaxing in the sunshine!

Shoutout @klokediscgolf for the footage🫡.

Appreciate you @klokediscgolf for the video and allowing me to break it down. We could improve performance with a few mechanical switches in a hurry. You have the baseball background, we can increase velocity by 4-7mph in a quick month.

One teach in disc golf with the lead arm.. “throwing it out of the way” is dangerous to the shoulder. Thankful that Koke here has the wherewithal to punch that arm back in front of him. Without that his arm would be toast. Keeping that lead arm in front, allowing him to delay the shoulders would make a world of difference!!

Send me your video so you can be next! Virtual lessons/training program coming soon.
