POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

These retreat moments from last year got us all mushy inside 🥹

While we do daily business/ branding workshops & masterminds, the REAL transformation happens in the moments where we embody our childlike wonder, release the pressure to produce & connect with other women who SEE us!

Our @vivaciousretreats merge these elements together so you can feel the change at a core identity & somatic level, not just by learning more strategy.

I think we each said goodbye to a part of ourselves at this retreat. Some felt it right away. Others will know when the time comes.

“You’re traveling alone?”
Yes, because I trusted I’d meet community there.

When I said yes to this retreat, I didn’t know a single person.

Honestly? That scared me.

But my word for this retreat was CONNECTION: a deeper connection with myself and openness to connect with other thought leaders in the online space.

I trusted that if I followed that pull (and believed in @vivaciousretreats to curate the space), the right people would meet me there.

That is exactly what happened.

What I’ve learned in my 30s is belonging doesn’t come from waiting until it feels safe.

It comes from trusting showing up as yourself is enough to belong and connect with the community for you ☀️

Shedding the mask to reveal the GOLD ✨

This was the first workshop we did at the Wisdom Within Retreat in Egypt. I chose to do this workshop first because until we meet the part of us we’ve hid & feel shame about, we can’t let ourselves be fully visible in our wholeness as a leader

We started by calling in the energy of Egyptian Goddess of the shadow - Sekhmet 🦁 the fierce lioness who protects & leads with power…

We gently begun to excavate the “good” & “bad” giving what we consider“bad” the voice to speak by role playing this part to integrate it and normalize it in a safe space. From there we uncovered the range (the other side of this trait) to find the GOLD in each of the women

I truly believe that as experts & leaders, we can liberate our true voice if we can finally look at & love the part we would hate for someone else to see about us.

Asking the question of “am I willing to be seen in my wholeness?”

I personally had to show up as “the messy one” multiple times at this retreat and this gave permission for my clients to show up more vulnerably…

That is EMBODIED LEADERSHIP ✨

P.S. Our 2026 @vivaciousretreats are launching soon to our waitlist because spots are limited (6-10 only) so make sure you join the waitlist to be notified

Imagine being at the pyramids…

with a group of powerful women who crack you the F up while also expanding you professionally, emotionally & spiritually

Our @vivaciousretreats experience in Egypt started with a VIP day at the pyramids where each one of the women connected to the magic of Egypt and the magic within themselves before heading to Luxor for a 6 day immersion in storytelling, branding & shadow work

What a trip it’s been! I love the pale blue and rusty copper colors in the first couple pictures. Also, I love whatever happened to the old film in the last couple pictures.
