My recap from the last River Revival this past weekend. I'm gonna miss this place. I'm incredibly grateful to Shaun and the whole River Revival family for having me out each and every year. Thank you to @captain_millsy for inviting me 8 years ago, it has been a pleasure. Thank you to @subomar for pulling up and lighting up my work and being a kickass artist. Thank you @_vivet_ for assisting me and getting extra footage and for being such a lovely human being. There are so many people to thank over the years that have made this yearly gathering such a magical place to be every summer. To all of the good people of @klranchcliffside who keep the grounds running, thank you! Till we meet again everyone!

Since we’re working and can’t make it to Burning Man this year, we decided to bring a little Playa energy to the Turtle. 🔥🐢

So dig out those wild outfits you’ve never quite found the right place to wear, grab your favorite people, and come out to the Tan Turtle this Saturday night for something a little fun and different.

Dance in the sand to funky house, classic trance and hypnotic beats, cold drink in hand, under the River Road night sky. Meet some fellow free spirits, dress weird, dance freely, and just enjoy the vibe.

No need to be a Burner. No need to know the music. Just come ready to have a good time.

🍋🍪 When one of Texas’ top pitmasters says your Lemon Cookie is the best she’s ever had… you take a moment to soak it in.

We are incredibly honored that Chef Sloan Rinaldi—owner of Texas Q, fourth-generation Texas pitmaster, and standout competitor on Netflix’s Barbecue Showdown Season 3—tried our Lemon Cookie and called it the best lemon cookie she’s ever had. That kind of compliment means more to us than words can express. 💛 (Texas Q)

Chef Sloan has dedicated her career to preserving and sharing the traditions of Texas barbecue through Texas Q, and she’s now helping backyard pitmasters recreate her challenge-winning recipes with her Barbecue Showdown Cookbook, featuring 13 of her winning recipes from Season 3. If you love great food, it’s absolutely worth checking out! (Texas Q)

Thank you, Chef Sloan, for your encouragement, your kind words, and for inspiring so many people to cook with passion.

We can’t wait to bake for you again!
