When it comes to life the desert isn’t the first thing that comes to mind.

Even though, last week a few hundred of us headed out to the desert in search of just that, more life.

I wouldn’t call it a retreat, we didn’t lose any ground all we did was advance, advance in mindset, advance in brotherhood, advance as men of God!

Too much transpired to type but when you live in DTLA that silence hits real different in the desert…

In between the deep silence there was a sound of worship that grew stronger as time went on and everyone felt looser…

In the scriptures when Jesus is brought out to the desert and tempted it was not His feels, or opinions that set Him free it was the scriptures, verse by verse He fought for freedom.

As we all listened, shared, sung and screamed, played and prayed, God’s words were the loudest sound heard.

There is a verse in the book of Matthew that says what we bound on Earth will be bound in Heaven and what we loose on Earth will be loosed in Heaven…

Within the first few minutes of getting together a few dozen men accepted an invitation to follow Jesus setting the tone for the next few days of freedom!

Thank you Pastor Jeremy for sharing your vision and leadership for your availability and sincerity, The Kingdom is closer thanks to your years of yes!

Thank you @benmurti & @davidrayrayray for your resiliency and leadership, I’ve been in the presence of greatness in many fields and I can sincerely say you guys are world class…

Thank you Harry and all the servant leaders who help make it what it is although I may not know you all just know God sees you!

Thank you @rodneyjerkins @izrealep @justicecoleman and all who invested in our @fearless_la church and into each other to make this vision a reality…

Shout out to the “WAR HAMMERS” 2025 CHAMPS in advance!

“It takes one person to have the vision but a people to bring it to life.” - @jeremyjohnsonla

Note:

I made a highlight with some more moments but wherever you are on your spiritual journey believer or not there is more life waiting for you and I hope you are one of next years highlights…
