Trainer Alert 🚨
Kira is joining me as a certified personal trainer. Kira has trained under me for years now and I trust her implicitly. As I open my new location (middle of May) she will be taking clients. She is the model of consistency and has done everything from competing in the figure /physique divisions (nationally qualified) to powerlifting meets and everything in between.

Side chest Sunday... send it back Sunday? Whatever you wanna call it!
Let’s talk about kicking ass. Kira brings it, every time we work out she literally gives it her all. She tracks her macros and weighs everything. She doesn’t make excuses despite being a single mother. When other clients give me their excuses I Instantly think of her. She doesn’t have any. She’s not perfect but she is damn near close.

I appreciate you Kira!!!!
I love some of these shots from our show back in November. @craigproductions put on an amazing show despite restrictions and @kmb brought the heat🔥
