Officially graduated from the TCP Academy! 🍒🪭

@tcpilatesacademy my heart is so full 🤍✨

💌 two days completely immersed in contemporary pilates. each morning starting with a hot pilates session, then spending the rest of the weekend learning, moving and growing alongside the most incredible group of women… all on International Women’s Day weekend.

it honestly couldn’t have been more special.

this course was about so much more than just pilates. It was about finding your individuality as an instructor, embracing creativity, celebrating inclusivity, harnessing our feminine power and learning how to teach movement that is functional, empowering and powerful from within.

i’ve left feeling so inspired, so grateful, and so excited for what’s ahead…. 👀 on that note, a new chapter very well might be starting sooner than we think ✨🪩🌸

here’s to strong women, supportive spaces, and continuing to move with purpose ✨🫶🏼

@pilateswith_steph | @tcpilatesacademy | @studio________s thank you!! X

first TCP cohort 🍒🪐🪭

spending the weekend with my very first @tcpilatesacademy cohort, a special group of angels learning everything about contemporary pilates through the TCP method.

to be doing this on international women’s day made it even more meaningful.

when feminine energy is celebrated and nurtured through community & connection, magical things truly happen.

spaces like this are sacred. as pilates professionals it’s our responsibility to nurture and protect them, and to make sure the work we do never falls into the wrong hands.

your pilates community is never just a number.
and they are never just a membership payment.

they are the heart of everything you will build ✨

i am so proud of my TCP honeys and the journey they are about to go with contemporary pilates.

Love your life and keep living no matter what. 🤍🙏🏾🙌

Like I told my daughter, “One foot in front of the other and keep moving” To say this girl has warrior spirit is an understatement set the pace the whole way through. 3 hours and 30 minutes it took us 🙌 Super proud of her. 🤍👏🏽

My other daughter Aida was disappointed she didn’t make cut, as she said dad “I do two laps of the park now mind I can do it 😂 (Tredegar park) 😂

The song choice is only right as she sang it the whole way 🎶 ❤️🤍🙏🏾😂
