Today is my 3 year anniversary of becoming a full time, self employed videographer! When I first started doing video I had just got done playing basketball, was working 2 part time jobs, and just trying to figure out how to make this happen. Since I had played basketball my whole life I decided to buy a cheap Canon T6i and start filming local hoops. After growing a good following and filming Metamora win the state championship I knew this was the path I wanted to take. It took 2 more years of filming sports before I gained my first real client and paid opportunity. 3 years ago I worked my last shift as a front office worker for a gym and took the leap into full time videography. I never imagined I would be working my dream job, meeting big name athletes, working with my favorite youtubers, getting on stage with one of my favorite artists, and getting to call videography my full time job. Thank you to every business, company, restaurant, brand, influencer, athlete, and artist who has booked me and trusted me. Thank you to every person who has followed me through this journey and have encouraged me in every way. And of course, thank you to my amazing wife Lexi. You have been with me through every step of this process. Every late night editing session, 12 hour shoot days, every follower gained and lost, every mental breakdown, and every high point. Thank you for trusting me through this process and always loving me and motivating me to be a better man. I couldn’t have reached this point without you❤️
