THE FORMULA WORKS- CONSISTENCY-CONSISTENCY-CONSISTENCY!

I am grateful for the last 3 years working with these amazing athletes and their committed parents driving them multiple times a week to me for private lessons, small groups, and year round FRECO practices.

🟧Taína won outstanding wrestler in the Women's Showcase and Champion at 62kg
⬛Salah earns U17 80kg Freestyle National Team distinction taking Finals to 3 bouts, becoming Pan Am delegate
🟧Ned was the youngest U20 Greco finalist, likely seeded #1 at World Team Trials at 63kg
⬛️Noah battled to 4th place U17 Greco 80kg after mild concussion in 1st bout
🟧Mia returned to competition to take 8th in the Women's Showcase up at 53kg
⬛️Damian lost 8-8 criteria to eventual finalist (placed 4th at FS Nationals last year) going 3-2 in U15 48kg
🟧Nate avenged a Greco loss (from last year) in quarters going 3-2 and 2-2 U15 Freestyle 52kg
👑King with limited preparation lays it on the line and gets hand raised at SR 60kg
🟧Alessandro scored a lot of points at 44kg U15 Freestyle and will reinvent himself

Thank you to @capital_wrestling_club @mooreteague @headhunters_wrestling @americantopteamashburn for all of your unconditional support and investment into these kids and our great sport of wrestling.

Never thought I’d have a college degree on my wall, let alone make deans list and speak at my own graduation

I thank my parents, because without them encouraging me I wouldn’t be half the man I am today. I’d like to thank my sister and brother in-law for always supporting me and guiding me along the way! Lastly, I’d like to thank my friends, and the amazing Professors at @univofmaryland 🐢

I hope to reconnect soon as I continue my journey in Maryland as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant!

Happy #FlagManFriday, and happy Senior Day to the elder statesmen of Maryland wrestling! @kevin_makosy and @1804.ace44 picked up big wins and the Terps took care of business in the final dual of the season! See y’all again in 2 weeks, right back at Xfinity!
