Keep your Mind and your Knives as sharp as possible. @the_riddle_of_steel helps us with one of those so we can focus on the other. #theriddleofsteel #proedgeknife #steel #metalman #knifesharpening #mobileknifesharpening #truecooks #chefsrolls #cheflife #rollwithus #spiceology #spicesavages #chefowned #chefoperated #sandiego #bornandraised #bornandraisedsteak #steakhouse #yum #takeabisque #tasty #chefsofig #sdeats #specialtyproduce

When I start at a new restaurant I always like to buy myself a new knife. I recently was able to pick up this beauty from the very talented Billy Baroo. This is the second knife I’ve purchased from him and while I’ve never owned a knife that compares to his, the only down side when I use anything other than these 2 I just want to throw them away and have Bill make me a whole new set. 2 down who knows how many to go. Thank you Bill for this beauty! I’ll treat her well!!!
