Huge congrats to 4 ⭐️ All American and Synergy/CP22 athlete Emmy Leonard on her commitment to play at Northwestern. Never any doubt watching her develop, grind, and love the game from the early days. We’re excited to keep working, setting new goals together, and supporting your journey to the next level. The Wildcats got a great one with this top #10 attacker in the class of 2028!

NORTHWESTERN LACROSSE ‘32 💜🌊

I am beyond excited to announce my verbal commitment to pursue my athletic and academic career at Northwestern University.

First, I want to thank my family for always being by my side and supporting me through everything. Dad, thank you so much for all the hours in the backyard and pushing me to be the best version of myself no matter what. Mom, thank you for always being there to talk to and encouraging me with everything. Flynn, I would not be here today if I didn’t have you to look up to. Ten, you are the most supportive and loving sister I could have, I strive to become even a part of the person you are today.

A huge thank you to my Concept coach, Mike O’Neil for the constant support, for pushing me and making me into the player I am today. Thank you to Jamie Munro for the amazing coaching and to Sawyer Billings for being the mentor that our entire team needed this summer.

Thank you to my high school coach, Kelsey Sheridan, for helping me grow as a player and a leader. Thank you to Deemer for your guidance and support, and to Casey Powell for teaching me grit, pushing me to compete, and reminding me to keep lacrosse fun.

I also want to thank Todd, Scott, Jessie, Ethan, TJ (and the whole TBD crew!) for helping me over the years and for your support.

Lastly, a HUGE thank you to Coach Kelly, Coach Scotty, Coach Nicole, and Coach Lucy for believing in me and for this incredible opportunity. I am so grateful for your support and am so excited! GO CATS!!!💜

Day 1 with laxbymae ✅

1. Built her ICM — Ideal Competitive Mindset
(Shoutout @coachmabes44 ), and created a reset button.

2. Ball handling + jab work

* Building the movement before adding a stick to the equation

3. Same movements, now with the stick

4. @vertimax — Power + Explosiveness

5. Multiple get-out variations to a shot (otr)

6. Cone reaction out of the dodge (we will dial in rolls next week!)

The road to spring starts now, one day at a time. Can’t wait to see what these jabs look like in a few weeks - You’ll notice they improve throughout each progression (why we do it.) Weekly/bi weekly updates incoming.
