Pinterest boards can only take you so far. You know the drill: hours of scrolling, a thousand saved venues, and still no idea what any of it actually feels like in person. Philadelphia Wedding Walk flips that whole process. Instead of imagining your wedding from a screen, you walk through real Philly venues styled by real local vendors, florists, planners, photographers, entertainers, the whole dream team, all in one unforgettable afternoon. See the spaces. Touch the details. Meet the people who get your vision before you ever sign a contract. Less scrolling. More experiencing. That’s the whole point. Our next Walk is coming and you won’t want to miss it. Link in bio to be the first to know.

Advanced screening of Verity ❤️‍🔥 From the moment I walked into AMC, the night felt intentional. From the details and atmosphere to the packed Prime auditorium and even the engraved wine glass. And naturally, I had to dress for the assignment: all black, red croc mules, and a red lip from @sororbysatasha 👄. No spoilers over here, but I will say this one gave us plenty to talk about once the lights came back up. 👀 Grateful to @socialclubphilly for the invitation, and to @VerityFilm and @AmazonMGMStudios for the experience. Swipe through for a little of the night, and yes, the look absolutely had a moment. #VerityFilm #AdvancedScreening #AthleticGlam #StyleDiary

I had a call last week with a calligrapher who’s been in business twenty years and has some systems in place. Partway through, she asked if this program would be overkill for her 👀 We dug into her business and I answered her honestly: No, because even though she’s twenty years in, she’s still carrying the whole thing herself. 👉 Being capable isn’t the same as having something built. The calligraphers in this room have a beautiful range of experience. Some are veterans, some are a year or two in. Some arrive with systems and templates already going, some are starting their free HoneyBook trial that week. What they share is that they built the business before the foundation was in place. And they’re all ready to stop reacting inside of it and start leading it ✨ None of them are short on confidence in their talent. It’s the business side that needs the TLC. That’s what we build together in 12 weeks, in the same order, whether you’re one year in or ten. And that’s the relief of it. You stop standing in front of a list of twenty things trying to guess which one actually moves the needle. Comment or DM me FIB and tell me which one of these is your business right now. I’ll show you what week one would look like for you 🤍 Our Fall Cohort kicks off September 7th! Enrollment closes September 4th. I’d love to see you inside! 🎉 ——————————————— #calligraphybusiness #calligraphycoach #weddingcalligrapher #creativebusiness #flourishinbiz calligraphy business tips | calligraphy business coach | who is flourish in biz for | group coaching for calligraphers | systems for wedding calligraphers

Posting through the uncomfortable and cringe I feel watching myself because I know someone, somewhere needs this message that you’re doing a great job, even when it feels hard and like no one is noticing. They are, and if they can’t see how cool and incredible you are it’s only because their own insecurities are blocking their view. Go make the world a better place! Okay, byyyyye.

I’m looking for 7 more calligraphers who are ready to build their business engine together, so you can stop pouring your energy into everything you think you should be doing, and start building something that actually holds what you’re asking it to! 🤩 👉 If that’s you, comment or DM me “FIB” and I’ll send you the details for the Fall Cohort. Flourish in Biz was born out of a decision I made while crying on the kitchen floor at the end of 2021. I’d hit a ceiling in my own calligraphy business. I was doing 93 weddings a year, reacting to everything, and holding my entire business together with sheer memory and will power. So I did the work. Built the framework. Grew my average wedding project to $5,000. And created the margin to build something brand new. Since then, I’ve worked with 50+ calligraphers across different services, markets, and stages of business, and the pattern is always the same: they come in reacting. They leave leading. 💪 Applications for the Fall Cohort are open through Tuesday, August 25th! 🎉 We kick off Monday, September 7th, which means you’ll go into holiday and event season with a backend that can actually support you rather than drain you. Have questions or want to chat about if this is the right room for you? DM me! I’m not here to pressure you into anything. My job is to help you get clarity on your next move. 🤍 I’d love to see your name come through and support you inside this room this Fall! 🤩 ——————————————— #calligraphybusiness #calligraphycoach #weddingcalligrapher #creativebusiness #flourishinbiz calligraphy business tips | wedding calligrapher business | calligraphy pricing | client experience for creatives | calligraphy business coach

Katie used to charge $25-$150 per project. A bar sign here, a set of place cards there. She was confident in her skills as an artist. She just wasn’t confident in her skills as a business owner. So she waited. For the right client to find her. For the better projects to come her way. She’d scroll Instagram, see other calligraphers booking the work she wanted, and feel that little pang of jealousy. Then something clicked. 💡 Those artists weren’t proof that she couldn’t do it. They were proof that she COULD. The first thing we did together was set a minimum of $500. 💸 It felt terrifying. But the first time she turned down a job that didn’t meet it, she said it felt freeing 👀 Over the last two years: ✔️ her minimum went from $0 to $1,750, and she’s holding it ✔️ her average project value tripled to $3,400 ✔️ she’s booking jobs months in advance ✔️ she had her first $11,000 month this summer ✔️ she booked her highest proposal ever at $6,900 And she finally feels in control of her business 💪 None of this happened because she got more talented, worked harder, or got louder with her marketing. 👉 She built her business foundation in the right order. That’s the exact framework I walked through inside the Five-Figure Month Framework training, and the replay is up until Friday, August 21st! Comment me REPLAY to see what your own numbers turn into once the four pieces are in the right order 🤩 ——————————————— #calligraphybusiness #calligraphycoach #weddingcalligrapher #creativebusiness #flourishinbiz calligraphy business tips | raise your prices calligraphy | calligraphy pricing | wedding calligrapher business | project minimums

Katie of @knockoutlettering was confident in her skills as an artist. She was not confident in her skills as a business owner. So she took whatever came her way. One bar sign here, one set of place cards there. A calendar that stayed full, but never moved her forward. She was waiting for the right clients to find her, hoping whatever landed would be work she actually wanted. And when it wasn’t? She took it anyway 🫠 Then she set a $500 minimum. The first time she said no to a job that didn’t meet it, she said it felt freeing ✨ The number wasn’t the hard part. Deciding who she was for, and more importantly wasn’t for, was the hard part. The minimum was what came out of that decision, and it’s the reason she could stop taking one-offs and start building whole wedding visions instead 🤩 Today, her minimum more than triple that 💸 And now, the inquiries that lands in her inbox, she knows she actually wants! Most people go straight to raising their prices. The number only holds once you’ve decided who it’s for. There’s an actual order to this, and I’m walking you through it inside the Five-Figure Month Framework, my free live training on Tuesday, August 11th at 12pm EST. Comment or DM me “FFM,” and I’ll add you to the list, so you can stop taking whatever comes in and start filling your calendar with work you actually want 🔑 🗓️ It’s free, it’s live on Zoom, and it’s happening Tuesday, August 11th at 12pm EST. And everyone who attends live will walk away with my Cash Injection Playbook, my process for finding $1K in your business in one week. ——————————————— #calligraphybusiness #calligraphycoach #weddingcalligrapher #creativebusiness #flourishinbiz calligraphy business tips | wedding calligraphy business | pricing for calligraphers | minimum project value | client experience
