What is vacation is you don’t leave with a cute souvenir?

Permanent jewelry is perfect for the girlies who love decorating their temple 24/7 💁🏾‍♀️

The hardest part was choosing the charms🤩
(and my online cart is sitting at $500🤣)

You’re focusing on the wrong thing.

It’s so easy to get caught up in “the problem” that we start to identify with it.

We tell ourselves who we are based on a temporary experience.

It consumes us so much that we start to see life through the lens of “the problem”.

“Oh I can’t do that because…”
“well I’ve never been good at…”

(Lie again 😒)

And one day you’ll look up and realize you never stopped to smell the roses because “the problem” told you, you didn’t have time or you didn’t deserve it.

Shifting your focus doesn’t mean “the problem” goes away or life immediately gets better, but it does give you the chance to see how good things can get.

How much life there is beyond these temporary challenges.

We can’t take anything seriously 🤣

But today we tap into the power of co-regulation.

Throughout life we meet people who mirror parts of us and show us things within ourselves that we aren’t able to see on our own.

Our worst traits but also our best qualities.

We can either run when we are challenged or stay to grow through the hard times. Often on the other side is a version of ourselves better than we could have ever imagined.

Sending a huge shoutout to my God daughter @knottynique, who had her pinning ceremony yesterday and is now a trauma nurse♡ Dominique, I love you, and I am so proud of you. You truly are beautiful inside and out. The goal is not perfection but rather authenticity and, baby, you have that covered. You are blessed with your parents' values and your grandmother's discernment and your auntie's drive. The world of nursing is extremely lucky to have you. You remain in all of my prayers. Keep shining and growing❤️
