BEEP BEEP. Road Rage is making a calendar!! 🚗💨

We're a bunch of artists with a bunch of different mediums and a bunch of different styles, and we decided the only sensible thing to do was cram them all into the same year.

SO HERE IT IS: the Road Rage 2027 wall calendar. Each of us took a month (two of us took two), and we all piled into the back seat to make December and the cover together. Every page looks like a different artist drew it, because a different artist drew it.

Only 100 copies are being printed in the UK.

le dernier volet de « bodily realities » est une sélection de courts métrages qui explorent différentes dimensions de l’expérience des filles et des femmes, entre espaces publics et privés. la sélection réunit des films venus du monde entier : égypte, jordanie, france, brésil, espagne, royaume-uni et états-unis. tous les films sont sous-titrés en anglais.

Bed of Quiet, the final single from If I Let It Quiet, is an over-thinker’s anthem. A song for the sleepless, and the hours spent playing and replaying scenarios on a loop in your brain where there is no right decision, digging for a yes or a no in a mountain of perhaps.

We wanted the production to feel like it belonged in the middle of the night, when you’re not quite yet dreaming, but suspended above your body like a projected film of the last few week’s events you can’t stop watching, playing too loud for sleeping.

Along with the single, I am sharing a really incredible lyric visualizer of hand-drawn animation (HAND DRAWN!!!) for a clip of the song created by Nour Khamis (@knouvy ), a London-based artist and animator. Her art spoke to me and Jordan immediately - the movement, the color, the characters - the way her process inhabits both analog and digital worlds, much like our art.

Bed of Quiet was written and performed by me and Jordan Watko ( @crowdshy )

Finito! 🎉 Thank you to everyone who came to support our art exhibition, AQUÍ ESTAMOS.
For those who couldn’t make it, here’s a video to give you a glimpse into the show.
I organised this exhibition as a young artist seeking to create a platform for emerging Ecuadorian talent, with a particular focus on women and queer voices that are so often overlooked and underrepresented in cultural spaces.

This was a grassroots, artist-led project made possible through our collaboration with the Embassy of Ecuador in the UK, who generously hosted us and provided a space for us to represent ourselves. Huge love and thanks to everyone who helped make this possible; fellow artists, embassy staff, friends, family, and all the new supporters who came along and gave us an audience and shared our show.

JULY 3, 6-8: AQUÍ ESTAMOS (Here We Are) is a grassroots, artist-led exhibition showcasing emerging Ecuadorian women and queer artists across painting, photography, textiles, animation, and poetry. Exploring identity, migration, memory, and belonging, the exhibition brings together voices often underrepresented in cultural spaces. Presented in London during Pride Month, it highlights lived experience, community, and creative resilience, offering a vital platform for diasporic and migrant perspectives.

Supported in collaboration with the Embassy of Ecuador, the exhibition stands as a celebration of presence, visibility, and cultural contribution.

A highlight of the programme is How to Build a Sandcastle by Ecuadorian–Palestinian animator Nour Khamis, a Royal College of Art graduate film. This four-minute hand-drawn animation uses the image of a crumbling sandcastle as a metaphor for queer self-discovery, shedding shame, and reclaiming identity with clarity and strength. Its delicate visual language and experimental approach create a quiet but powerful reflection on fragility, transformation, and the process of rebuilding the self.

How to Build a Sand Castle is a four minute hand- drawn animated short that uses the metaphor of a crumbling sandcastle to explore queer self- discovery, shedding shame, and reclaiming identity with newfound clarity and power.

A journey through shedding shame, rebuilding identity, and finding clarity and strength in who you are becoming.
