Sacred Return | Wombland Summer Retr€at
Thursday, July 30th - Sunday, August 2nd
Arrival 4pm, Departure 11am
📍 NE Michigan

We gather under the trees of the Magic Forest Healing Sanctuary, nestled up to acres of protected land & the sweet running waters of the Riffle River. Our ceremonial space is a geometric glass dome, a place where the skies drip down to meet the star gazer. A true sanctuary.

wombland is a gathering of womb warriors, rising together in sisterhood. birthed by @wanderingwombco @tis_xandra & supported by @llama_doula ,, all captured by me.
𖤓๛𖤓
this is a space where we cultivate all sorts of magick, love, & expression. we ignite each others flame & tend to one anothers heart. we rise in strength, harmony, and activation.

tenderly offering a space to curiously explore rage, play & the womb weave ¥

Saturday, April 11 - Sunday, April 12
Bring your sleeping gear & let’s sink in for a night.
We’ll vacillate between ceremony & play. Nourishing food & tea, breathwork, somatic movement, guided meditation, mirroring & optional plant support. The best kind of ladies night in. Dm for the deets 🥀

•

may we continue to build networks that support the collective growth, nourish the nervous system & hold us to integrity.

may we remember how to play while we meets the depths of humanity, may we remember how to laugh, may we remember how to grieve, may we remember our ancestral strength & the ever-present guide of Mother Earth.

may all women be free to express, feel, embody their wild.. may we encourage, equip & celebrate each other. may we return to the sacred connection of the womb weave.

Wombland offered remembrance ^ of these prayers ^ that settled into my bones. I pray I continue to weave these sacred threads with the guide of the hollow bone. I bow to those who show up & walk this path with me. May we continue to grow.

•

@madsformanphotography I love you. Thank you for these captures. Deep bow.

precious momentos ••
@madsformanphotography

Wombland ‘26 was one for the books.
Infinite gratitude.

Edges met with softness, the feral femineye awakened.
Accentors rose to hold us, meet us, pray with us.
Channels, open. Opening.
Great Spirit calls forth the warrior spirit, rooted in love with eyes that see beyond the veils.
Timeline shifts, at the acute awarenesses & choices to follow — integration 🥀
The veil thinned for us all, for a moment.. remembrance.
Offering intentional practices that encourage day to day awareness — the shift of consciousness begins within.
The body as a temple, how do you return?
Nourishment, nourishment

Bioenergetics!

Next Tuesday, February Fourth will be the start of an eight week deep dive into our body & breath. Collectively practicing Bioenergetics with the intentions of releasing stress/tension in the body by opening the lungs & heart. The practice of Bioenergetics has roots in the psycoanalytic tradition introduced by Sigmund Freud, pioneered by his student Wilhelm reich and developed into its modern form by Alexander Lowen. All of these studies go to show our mind-body connection and how we can in a way “hack” our minds systemic patterning via breath and movement in a safe container.
Through practicing consistently we work to rewire the nervous system and integrate an expanded window of tolerance for day to day life. So we can show up in the world in a regulated state, facing our every day with a warriors toolbelt.
Through practicing together we show commitment to growth. Within ourselves and within community, allowing a gentle accountability to be held for showing up in the work.

We will be meeting at 7pm every week at Chaotic Good on Pine st. Thank uu Becca!
If you feel called to bring some plant based/ healthy snacks to share after and hangout for a bit that is much appreciated
We kindly ask a $10 donation for class
($55 pre- class option for 7 week deep dive)

If you have any further questions please reach out! Otherwise see you soon friends ⚡️

feline sweet like candy 🍬

Tenderly offering up the medicine that I’ve collected along this most recent journey.

My intention is to create a safe space for people to express what’s on their heart & mind. To really drop into the body, we’ll be practicing an active meditation before dropping into a guided mirror meditation. To close out the space, we’ll settle into a relaxing position to the vocals of @sumvivus as she take us on a journey. She channels vocal looping ~ inspired by the energy present in the space & it’s always so so magical. I feel honored to share this offering with her & to be throwing down at Chaotic Good.
