After 4yrs, we finally went back to California to surprise my mom for her birthday. We also managed to get some wine tasting in...you know how we do. Thank you so much to @kobler_elves and @koblerestate for the full vineyard experience. The whole family e joked it immensely and appreciated that time you took with us. The atmosphere, the wine and Mike's infectious personality were perfect. Anyone reading this, if you are looking for an unforgettable outting and amazing wines, please contact Kobler Estate and set up a tour/tasting...you won't regret it.

One of the many things we’ll take away from this year’s Community Dinner Series is just how meaningful it is to gather around the same table.

With @oceanic_dining, @koblerestate, @paulakornellsparkling, the evening came together with fresh coastal cuisine, delicious wines, and a room filled with familiar faces and new connections alike.

Thank you to our hosts, partners, and guests for continuing to make these dinners so memorable. We’re grateful for every conversation, every shared toast, and every seat filled along the way!

Exceptional wine, thoughtful cuisine, and an important cause. 🥂

DRINK and Maximillians Grill & Wine Bar hosted a wine dinner to benefit the Hilinski’s Hope Foundation. Our chefs curated a four-course meal that highlighted seasonal dishes paired with highly acclaimed Californian wines — Lombardi Wines, Kobler Family Estate, and Innumero Wines.

It was more than a dinner. It was an opportunity to bring people together to support the Hilinski’s Hope Foundation, which raises awareness for the mental health advocacy of student athletes.

All of us at Maximillians Grill & Wine Bar look forward to hosting the next winemaker dinner on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. Registration in bio! 🔗

April 14, 2026 | An intimate and meaningful evening at Maximillians Grill brought together friends, exceptional wine, and a shared commitment to mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

DRINK partnered with Maximillians to host a special wine dinner featuring three close friends and winemakers—Tony Lombardi of Lombardi Wines, Mike Kobler, Jr. of Kobler Family Estate, and Sheree Thornsberry of Innumero Wines. The evening felt deeply personal, with each winemaker not only sharing their wines but also the stories, relationships, and connections that brought them to the table together.

Guests began with a reception before moving into a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner designed around seasonal dishes and wines from California’s Russian River Valley and surrounding regions. Each pairing reflected the individuality of the wineries while highlighting the shared craftsmanship and camaraderie between friends in the room.

At the heart of the evening was support for the Hilinski’s Hope Foundation, Tony Lombardi’s family foundation, created in honor of his nephew Tyler Hilinski. The organization is dedicated to mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and reducing stigma while providing education and resources for student-athletes and communities.

More than a dinner, the night was about connection, friends supporting friends, winemakers supporting a cause that has personally impacted their family, and guests coming together around a conversation that truly matters.

A table built on friendship, purpose, and the belief that every conversation about mental health can make a difference.

Let's Keep Talking!

Intimate gathering. Mighty voices.

On April 13, the room at DRINK filled not just with wine, but with something quieter, deeper: openness.

Lombardi. Kobler. Innumero.

Three wineries, each with a story in the glass—brought to life by the winemakers themselves, who gave not only their wines, but their time, their presence, and their belief in the purpose behind the evening.

What unfolded wasn’t loud, but it lingered. Conversations that mattered. Moments that stayed.

We gathered in support of the Foundation of Hope, but more than that, we gathered for each other—marking the beginning of a week devoted to speaking more openly about mental health.

Glasses were raised. Walls came down. Strangers became familiar in the way that only shared moments can allow.

This is the kind of evening that reminds us: wine brings people in, but it’s openness that keeps them at the table.

Let’s Keep Talking!
