Tonight I’m reminiscing about how far Body Strong has come.

2.5 years in and we’re still going hell for leather.

Five amazing staff, 40+ classes a week, and a community that shows up at 110% every single day.

What happens inside the studio isn’t just a bunch of girls working out. It’s laughs between sets, deep chats on the reformers, support on the hard days, and celebrating the wins together.

Our community shows up for each other and that makes the hard workouts feel just that little bit easier. 💛

Feeling pretty grateful tonight for what Body Strong has become.

If you are curious to see what it’s all about please join via our App ~ Body Strong Reformer Pilates - Purchase our Kick Start Offer (7 classes for $70) and book your spot at one of our Orientation classes on Mondays @ 6.30pm

Have a great weekend Bribie
