HYesterday was Bangtan Made’s very first market — and I absolutely loved it. 💜

A huge thank you to Chloe from @koco.za and the whole team for being so kind and welcoming, and to all the other vendors too. My very first sales were actually from fellow creators (@dots.and.seals , Aqeela and @lil.magic.shop I see you and thank you so much for the kindness and all the words of encouragements). I think that community feeling is already my favourite part of this whole adventure. 🥹

It was also such a great way to test all the things I’ve been making — bookmarks, lightstick phone charms, the Namjooning Corner, BTS tattoos, lucky knots, Gat hat brooches, pins and cards — and I was genuinely surprised by what people loved most!

And because there was apparently not enough to think about for a first market… I completely forgot to make a sign with my shop name. 😂
So yes: definitely still a work in progress.

First market ✔️
Definitely not the last. 💜

If you know of any upcoming K-pop markets or events in Johannesburg/Gauteng, please send them my way — I’m already looking for the next one! 👀✨
